Had Chad and the team at Trifecta Wildlife Services come out last year (April 2021) to help us with a bird nest in our oven vent. They came out and took care of it, even spending time in the rain to ensure everything was cleaned up before they left. The double flap system then installed worked very well we had a few birds try again but were unsuccessful at getting in so we were very satisfied. This April (2022) we had a very determined pair of starlings work together to circumvent the system Trifecta installed. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself, but it took two birds working together to get in, and even then they couldn't really get a nest going before we just turned on the vent and blew the back out. However, they kept trying and trying and trying. So I called Chad and Trifecta came back out to reinforce what they had previously installed. Couldn't be happier with their responsiveness and professionalism. It's great to find a company today that stands behind their work. If you're looking for a company to help you with pests like this, I urge you to give Trifecta Wildlife Services a call, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. His approach is different from other "critter control" companies. He prefers to evict the animal and prevent reentry to the home, rather than capturing and relocating or euthanizing. Since services were complete, we have had ZERO raccoon activity!!!

Chad was very professional and let me know ahead of time, what steps would be taken. He did a thorough inspection of the outside of my house and took pictures of where the Raccoons were getting in. He then removed the Raccoon, and offered solutions to prevent any further entry. I called many pest control companies before going with Trifecta. Chad seemed to be the most knowledgeable with the best pricing.
