Traci was FANTASTIC. She listened to what my wife wanted in a house and tailored the houses she showed us accordingly. She was always immediately responsive via phone, text, and email, and always on time. Once we found a house, there were complications during the inspections process, right up to the night before close at the walk-through - the sellers had not had all the promised repairs made. Traci was persistent and made sure all the work got done to our satisfaction - she got our inspector to come out to the house last minute and after hours to check some work, and made sure the seller's realtor made arrangements for further repairs to be made before our 9 am closing the next morning. She is professional and easy to work with. We will recommend her to anyone!!
