The service provided by Town Branch Tree Service was excellent. We moved into a house in October and were unfamiliar with the large number of trees we inherited with the house. They came out in advance to review our property and answer any questions regarding tree health and placement, as well as their opinions on services that needed to be rendered. The 2 man crew that arrived to complete the service was very professional and happily answered questions that were asked throughout there work. The trees look excellent and I would definitely use them for future needs. The only minor issue was it did take them a little while to schedule the actual service, but this was not an issue as we were not in a hurry.

They trimmed some limbs off some big trees in my yard along with some other small stuff. The owner came out to do the estimate (which was very reasonable) and he was very professional, giving me good advice. I felt confident in their ability to get the job done and they did not disappoint me. I would definitely call on them in the future for any other tree work.

They did a great job. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Cleaned up the work sight and came in under estimate.

They were very prompt and efficient in giving me an estimate for tree removal. I did not use them for the actual removal, but will definitely call them again. They were very courteous, even though I didn't choose them for the job.

Jesse and an assistant arrived on schedule, gave me an estimate, did much more work that I expected for the price, and left my yard with not so much as a twig remaining from their work. They were courteous and professional. I had employed them last fall for a general trimming of all the very large trees in my yard, and I had the same excellent experience then as well.

A representative came to our house and added the solution to the tree. We didn't even have to be here while he did it, just saw him adding the solution as we were leaving our home. Very professionally handled, and the $100.00 fee seemed comparable for the work completed.

From setting up the estimate to completion of job, Town Branch does "A" work. Jessie came on time to gave the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I explained the problem with a previous tree company that had done an estimate but was a no-show for our scheduled appointment to do the work (Dave Lenoards). In order to ease my concerns we were able to set up an appoinment for the work to be done the very next week. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. I am estatic with the job they did, they cleaned up after themselves and my tree looks great. I would recommend Town Branch and I plan on using them in the future.

The crew did an excellent job. The tree was in a highly inaccessible location in my back yard, surrounded by lots of plantings. Great care was taken to minimalize damage. They not only did a super job on the tree, but they did a great job cleaning up the debris.

I noticed some damage at the base of the trunk of a large tulip poplar tree in my back yard. I also had a burning bush which appeared to have died rather quickly, also in the back yard. Since I am a renter, I contacted the landlord, who sent Town Branch out to assess the situation. Sara and Jesse were prompt, professional and thorough. They knew immediately that the tulip poplar was infested with root collar borers, which they will treat in the spring. They were unsure of the cause of death of the burning bush, so they contacted UK for analysis. It appears to have been killed by rodent damage, possibly voles. Sara suggested some websites I might review to research how to prevent further damage. They sent a crew to remove and replace the bush. The crew was equally thorough and professional. I don't know the cost of the service, since it was negotiated with the landlord.

They arrived on time with professional equipment and safety equipment. They were very professional, worked really hard, but also very pleasant to have around. It was actually amazing to watch them work. They spoke with much knowledge and authority and gave us confidence that they really knew their field. We were in the process of mulching and they advised us how to do that most efficiently. We had put off using an arborist because we thought it would be much more expensive than the local tree guys we have used in the past. Not so!!! Best value for the money we have had in a long time. Will definitely continue to use them.

The person I spoke with when I contacted Town Branch (an arborist) was very helpful and informative regarding the possible reasons for my tree's demise. She has a working relationship with my neighborhood association and filed the necessary paperwork for me with the city to get approval for removal of a sidewalk median street tree. They came to the house while I was at work on the day promised and the tree was gone by the time I returned home. The arborist provided some useful advice regarding species selection for the tree that should replace it. I selected Town Branch based upon their prior ratings on Angie's List, and I believe they lived up to the high rating. I expect to engage their services again when I feel it is time to plant a replacement tree.

I contacted this service by email for tree removal and general pruning. They called me the next business day and set up an appointment that week to provide an estimate. The person providing the estimate was very knowledgeable and understood what we needed without much explanation. He also made suggestions that I found very helpful. The work was scheduled very quickly and performed as requested. I thought the pruning was much better than other services I have used. While I could tell that the trees had been pruned to my specifications, they retained a natural look. Also, the tree that was removed was in the middle of our landscaping, and the workers were careful not to trample or damage the surrounding plants. Finally, I thought the price was very fair for the amount of work that was done. Overall, I was very pleased with Town Branch's responsiveness, quality and price. I think they are a young company, and they seem to understand that excellent customer service will earn them loyal, long-standing customers.
