As Lexington's ONLY TCIA accredited tree service, Town Branch Tree Experts, Inc. is Lexington's leader in Tree Care. We have six ISA Certified Arborists, one of Kentucky's few Board Certified Master Arborists, two Certified Tree Care Safety Professionals and multiple Tree Risk Assessment Qualified arborists on our team. We think this really sets us apart and signifies our level of professionalism and our commitment to service and safety. We're a small, locally-owned family operation and we're proud to be doing good work in our community! We are not your run-of-the-mill tree people. We strive every day to be true professionals and we're passionate about the work we do. While we perform all aspects of tree care, we focus on preservation and making sure your trees are a healthy, vibrant part of our collective urban canopy. Here's how it works: Once a request is made for a free estimate, one of our arborists will evaluate your trees. We'll either leave an estimate at the time of our visit or we'll send one by email for you to review. Let us know if you have any questions. Unless you specifically request it, all brush and branches are chipped and removed from your property. We strive to leave your yard in excellent condition before we leave. Invoices are due upon completion of the work and, as a small business, we REALLY appreciate your prompt payment. With all of our work, your satisfaction is guaranteed! I'm sorry to hear that we inadvertently overlooked some wood pieces, particularly since we had the opportunity to walk through the property with you before we left for the day. Of course, we are more than happy to return to pick these up. We would greatly prefer that you would've called us immediately to bring this to our attention rather than leave a review of less than an A. We take great pride in doing an impeccable job and we don't settle for less than your complete satisfaction with our work. We will be in touch shortly to determine what exactly it is that we overlooked and make arrangements to address it promptly.
