They did a good job and cleaned up before they left. They have a lot of really young staff that are good. They did a really good job of thinning out the tree that hangs out over deck because it is really tall and they have to clean up in it.

They are very skillful good people. They are very professional, they know exactly what they're doing. They are the only ones we use because they have such a good reputation. Their pricing is ok, it seems fair. They have trained arborist, they are not these people that don't know what they're doing. They have the professional skill, they're not just cowboys that come and cut trees down.

It worked out very well. They're very very good. The price is comparable to other tree services. They give an estimate first, they were true to their estimate. They diagnose the situation before they give an estimate. What they did was just well done. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything was just well done.

They did work for us and we were very pleased. It was not inexpensive but I think it was worth what we paid for it.

We have had TownBranch do a number of jobs from taking down a tree to trimming and every time they do exceptional work. The job is done well and they clean up after themselves. They come when they say they will.

Great! It's a delicate job but neither roof was damaged. Not a bit of debris was left on the driveway. And I thought the price was very reasonable. These folks are pros. I'll use them for all my trees in the future.

Two men, Nathan and David, arrived at the appointed time and began work immediately. They were friendly and helpful and answered all questions to my satisfaction. When I came home later, the job was finished and all the brush and tree debris had been removed.

We had a few trees that had begun to droop too low in our front yard and a few in our backyard that were beginning to get too close to the house and overhang our roof. It took about 2 weeks from the initial call, but Town Branch provided a free estimate and also recommended they clear honeysuckle which had overgrown in a 150' stretch of retaining wall. We gave them the go ahead to perform the work. Once approved they indicated it would likely be 3-4 weeks before the work could begin. At the four week mark I hadn't yet heard back on scheduling work, so reached out and it was scheduled for the next week. The two-man crew arrived just after noon and worked until nearly 4:30pm. Overall the crew did a great job. They were professional, made sure they knew exactly what we wanted to have done and did an over-the-top job cleaning up when they were finished. My only complaint would be a delay in communication. It was explained when I called that they were in a very busy time and would not be able to schedule the work for a 3-4 weeks, but ultimately it took me reaching out to get the work scheduled within the original time frame. The work done was great, the price was fair and I will be happy to call them again and refer them to others looking for tree work.

A team of two men came out to do the work and were professional, responsive and thorough in their efforts. The squirrels will now need to find another means of transport to the neighboring roof. Also, they cleaned up neatly after their work.

Very professional group. They communicated well and answered all questions. They took trees down in a manner that caused no damage to home, deck, or surrounding shrubbery. They cleaned up very well. There was a small discrepancy on price, but I believe that was more miscommunication than trying to maximize the billed amount.

Town Branch was wonderful. They truly LOVE trees and appreciate them. Recommended by a neighbor. Jesse came out for the estimate, came back with the UK arborist to assess my huge, old pin oak to determine health and if work should be done to put a support rod and cable in the two main branches that create a fork in the trunk. Great crew. Perfect timing right before the ice storm; the one tree I didn't have them trim was the only tree that sustained any damage.

They were very professional. Eric came out to do the estimate and took time to listen to our concerns. We discussed how to get a compromise between getting the limbs away from the wires and roof but trying to be as conservative as possible with cuts to the trees in order to protect the trees. On the day of service, 3 men arrived and quickly took care of the job. They all listened as I explained what I wanted done and they asked intelligent questions as to how I wanted the job approached. They did the job just as I had hoped and cleaned up after themselves so that no debris was left behind.

We recently moved into a new house. On one corner of the house there is a large pine tree hanging over the roofline. We weren't sure whether to trim the tree or have it removed. We had Town Branch come and give us their opinion of what to do and they also gave suggestions on what to do with some smaller trees as well as identifying several trees and a bush. They did not try to pressure us into having anything extra done. The next week they called and came out to fix the pine tree. It looks great! I hated that pine since the day we moved in but it looks great now! They were prompt, courteous, professional and the price was very reasonable. I would definately recommend them.

I had two trees causing damage to my property and sewer line. I called on a Tuesday and my trees were down on Friday and stumps grinded the following Tuesday. They had to make sure they didn't hit any underground lines. They called the gas company themselves. These guys are super quick, professional and cleaned up everything too! I will totally use them to get rid of the otherr tree in my yard. I used my Angie' List coupon and saved $100.00. They even left firewood for my friend as requested.

They did an excellent job. The tree was planted 17 years ago too close to our house so it is somewhat "flat" on one side from being so close to the brick exterior. They shortened the overly-tall tree and really shaped it quite beautifully, much better than I thought it could be done. They cleaned it all up and hauled it away. Everything was completed in a relatively short time.

They were prompt and pleasant and got the work done in good time, in less than ideal weather.

Town branch was excellent. The guys know their stuff and did a very good job. Compared to some other quotes who seemed only interested in cutting everything down like lumberjacks ... these guys were more interested in what was good for us and the health of the trees. The only negative was that they are so popular, it did take a while (~6 weeks) before they could come to the house. However, once they came, they were punctual, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend and will likely use them next time.
