Description of Work: I originally gave this company an F rating due to the long response time. I am changing my rating to a C. The owner Sara called me very concerned about my rating. Sara was very apologetic about what had happened to me. We concluded that I must have fallen through the cracks on their response time. So in fairness I have changed my rating.

Description of Work: Trimmed overhanging tree limbs that were infested with parasites.

Description of Work: They trimmed our trees out by the street. Also, earlier this spring, they looked at our dying tress in the back of our yard. I felt the price to trim out the diseased parts was high and there was no guarantee the trees would live even if they did the trimming. I'm not sure how accurate the date is on my review. It was a couple years ago.

Description of Work: They removed a small red bud tree that had become uprooted during a storm. Given their expert assessment it was determined that it could not be replanted... They removed the tree at no cost as a goodwill gesture and will be returning to help remove some overgrowth in large trees. I find this company to be very knowledgeable, professional and reasonable in their charges given previous completed work.

Description of Work: Provided an assessment of the condition of some of our trees. Came to house and consulted. We decided to wait to see how the tree's condition evolved based their advice.

Description of Work: They cut down a dying tree and hauled it away and then ground the stump and exposed roots into mulch down about 12 inches below the surface. It was done in two stages. Everything went according to plan.

Description of Work: I have used Town Branch twice, first to trim many large trees, then to remove a 45' tall evergreen that was brought down by an ice storm in 2014. On both occasions, I was impressed by their courteousness, expertise, and extremely high quality work. I highly recommend them and would give them an A+ if I could.

Description of Work: TBTE removed two trees, and two large bushes; stumps of the bushes and of one tree were ground. Two trees were pruned (one of which overhung a neighbor's rooftop dish). The job was professional and the yard was cleaned up. TBTE was easy to work with, and they did the job that they promised.

Description of Work: Town Branch has worked for us a number of times. They have trimmed dead or overhanging branches, fertilized plants, as well as removing and replacing a dead tree. They are not the least expensive option but I know that I can count on their work. I have recommended them to friends will have them again when I need tree work done.

Description of Work: They treated a tulip poplar in my back yard for root collar borers and replaced a burning bush that died. They got assistance from UK to determine the cause of the problem with the bush so that I might prevent future problems. They were very helpful in answering questions I had about other issues in my yard. I am a renter, and my landlord took care of the billing.

Description of Work: prune willow tree & clean dead branches out and chip up and haul away resulting brush.Eric and David were the two employees that preformed the work and they were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.they did an outstanding job and cleaned up all branches and hauled away. the tree looks great.
