He is probably going to come back after the holidays to replace it with a more user-friendly one for me. He was very knowledgeable, polite and mannerly, and had a good background for several different things around the home, like minor plumbing, electrical, etc. I was very pleased with everything.

He was timely, courteous, and the price was very reasonable. He did recommended a lifetime filter, so I decided to go with it. It is convenient that if the filter ever stops working, it will be replaced with no cost. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them!

I called Tom for second opinion after initial repair company said I would have to replace unit, over $8,000 cost. He was at my home repairing my unit within a couple of hours, working into early evening to make repair and take care of water condensation backup which had collected in hot attic space (first repairman did not even mention the water problem). This is an honest, hardworking man whose mission is to help others and save them unnecessary expense. I highly recommend him for all your heating and AC repairs and maintenance.

This gentleman was sent from heaven. Instead of wanting to sell us a new unit, Tom really wanted to fix it. He determined the problem right away. He climbed in and out of our hot attic in order to fix the problem. He was very courteous and friendly. Probably put 5 more years back into our unit. Was very reasonably priced. He's our HVAC man for life!

Tom checked the inside and outside unit, found the problem quickly, added Freon and replaced a defect part and made us comfortable again.
