About us
We are a licensed and insured, locally owned and operated, small business. We hire only on a referral basis so that we can maintain a record of perfection when it comes to trust, work ethic and reliability. We've been in business since 2007, just working together with a group of friends. We operate on an hourly basis and allow the customer to choose the things that they would like to have us spend the time doing. It puts the customer in charge. For a regular, weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, the workers can normally get about 1800 square feet completely clean in two labor hours (one worker for two hours or two workers for one hour) which costs $83.00. Of course, every house is different, but many of our clients choose this option. If more time is needed, the cost per hour goes down to $35 after the first two hours. We will basically do any house work as long as we are properly equipped to do it.

"I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the scheduling aspect of your cleaning. While we do run our business on a schedule where clients book appointments based on labor hours, we do not "concentrate on minutes" and the workers often donate extra time in order to finish a job. The girls did everything you asked of them that day and they worked for the amount of time that you had booked. As they were finishing they tried to find you to let you know they were leaving but could not find you, so they had no opportunity to ask if you needed anything else done (as I explained to you that day). They would have been more than happy to add any additional areas....they are great ladies who work hard to have happy clients. For the sake of the other clients who may read this review, I will add that when this client called me to complain that the girls hadn't cleaned a bedroom (even though they had cleaned everything the client had directed them to clean and within the amount of time she had booked), the girls graciously offered to come back, as they were only minutes away, and the client didn't want them to do that. They did not "leave off" anything except a room that they were told to leave off and once they were told which areas to clean, they wouldn't have just presumed to clean something that wasn't identified as one of those areas. They especially wouldn't enter a bedroom that wasn't included in the instructions. This property is also out of our normal service area and the client agreed to pay extra for the trip. I can understand wanting to be able to get more labor time versus paying for commute time, but the workers did exactly what they were supposed to do, they did it thoroughly, and in the amount of time they were hired to do it and even offered to come back to do whatever the client wanted. We do the very best we can to accommodate our clients, but this client gave us no indication at the time that she wanted us to do anything more. We actually have been reserving a spot on our calendar for a month now, as she had indicated that she was pleased with the work and that she wanted to get regular cleanings. For the record, once we get a property thoroughly cleaned the first time, maintenance cleanings always take much less time and therefore are very affordable."

The ladies who come to my house on a weekly basis clean my kitchen, 3 bathrooms, change my sheets, do floors, dust,clean windows when I ask, sweep off my porch and balcony and anything else I ask of them. They clean a total of about 2,000 sq. feet. I love what they do and highly recommend them.
