I called the Sycamore Foundation after I had leak that flooded my basement and ruined the hardwood on the first floor. Meredith was at my house less than 24 hours later to fix the problem. Meredith is very knowledgeable with water damages restoration and walked me through what he was doing every step of the way. He also sent me daily updates on what he had done each day. On top of all of that Meredith helped me through the insurance process. This was my first time dealing with a major insurance claim and it was overwhelming at times. Overall his work was top notch, his customer service was top notch, and his advice was invaluable. I would recommend and refer anyone dealing with water damage to call The Sycamore Foundation first!

Everyone who worked on the project were professional, kind, respectful, and very informative. Meredith kept us well informed of the project status and any changes required. They worked long hours and arrived when they said they would. The privacy fence they installed is great, there is no one around who could have done a better job, in my book. I definitely recommend them for any fencing job you may have. I am recommending them my friends and family and will utilize them again if needed. We could not be happier with our completed fence.

Meredith with the Sycamore Foundation went above and beyond the call of duty. He provided paperwork, pictures and contacts throughout the restoration process. When an issue or topic came up, Meredith immediately set about its resolution. The choices for the topic does not cover all the services he and his company provided. He not only helped with the insurance claims, identifying the initial problem, water and other hidden problems that were able to be alleviated prior to them becoming a major issue but he worked with me throughout the entire project completion in a very professional, courteous manner. This was during a time when contractors were in short supply and he found not only competent contractors in several different areas, he worked with them to restore the house in record time. If there was a problem that came up during the process rather than ignoring it or handing it off, he immediately took care of the resolution. I would recommend Meredith and the Sycamore Foundation without reservation.
