Excellent. Lexus provides a loaner vehicle which saves custormes time and frustration. However, the cafe is great with plenty of reading materials, refreshments and cable TV. They started when scheduled and kept me informed about the repair needs and time necessary to complete.

Dealership management continually requested feedback on experience via phone calls, emails, and regular mail regarding customer service experience. They were continually told of issues and the manager Brandon did not even apologize just stated that he would have to get ALL the facts and that their records did not reflect my experience. Adding insult to poor service, management attitude was rude and rather confrontational.
Please note, my service representative Brian Biddle has been for over 4 years outstanding and a 5 star rep, he is unable to control these issues, he is always very welcoming and eager to correct issues. Great representative for face to face customer interaction, unfortunately, the rest of the Lexus team has not shown the same dedication to customer service or safety.

They have excellent service. They have car pickup. I am originally from Somerset, and they come and take the car and bring it back. They are quick. When I went to another place, they told me that I needed an entire plug itself for my charger, but that wasn't true. I would use their services again in the future if I need to.

The vehicles that we have are under warranty, so everything is taken care by the dealership because those are free. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I had taken it previously to someone else and they told me that my plug was burnt out and would need to be replaced and they would need to order the part. Lexus told me that it was not the plug and that it was a fuse. They only charged me for the fuse and didn't charge anything for labor. They have great customer service. They always ask if I am going to need a loaner car before I take my Lexus in for service so I don't have to sit at the dealership. I can go shopping or do whatever and just have to have the car back by 5:30 when they close. They prearrange all that for me before I drop the car off. They always wash my car and clean it out even if it is something minor like an oil change or a fuse. The environment is exceptional. They have a coffee bar. It is extremely relaxing and the staff is super. I live in Somerset and they actually have a pickup and delivery service where they will pick up my car and take it to Lexington and then deliver it back to me. I will continue to use them.

My overall experience with them has been great. Their dependable and I will continue to do service with them.
