Wood Fence - Repair
Very, very efficient. Mr. Salyer met with us, assessed what needed to be done to repair our fence, and estimated the materials he needed to complete the job. He is timely, fair, and good to his word - hard to beat!

Wood Fence - Repair
Morgan replaced part of my privacy fence that was rotten, power-washed the remainder of the fence around the back yard, and then stained the entire fence. He worked very hard during two really hot days in August and did a nice job. I would call him back for future projects.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Morgan does business the way it should be done! He did carpentry and drywall work as well as painting and pressure washing at two locations. He arrived approximately 9:00 am on the days he worked and didn't stop until dark. He is very skilled and trustworthy (I left him alone several times to take care of my personal business & wouldn't hesitate to do so again.) You might find cheaper but you won't find better than Morgan. I could go on but my highest recommendation is that I will definitely hire him again when the need arises.

Morgan worked on several projects around my home over a two month period. It started out as a repair from a burst pipe in the basement to a larger project. He replaced my deck, front porch, stripped wall-paper, replaced fixtures, painted, pressure washed, worked on making my house look better than it had in years... Inside and out. He had great advice on updating and what my house would need to sell if I chose to. If you can trust anyone with your home, it's Morgan. If I need anything else, I would not hesitate to call again.

Cabinets - Install
Morgan works hard and doesn't take shortcuts. He is on time and works as late as you want him to. He's a professional at his work. He installed my kitchen cabinets and they are perfect. The granite company came and did the template and they were perfect. I would hire him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

We are so pleased with the work Morgan did for us. As seniors, my husband and I approach the necessity of hiring someone to work in our home, with trepidation. Not so after meeting Morgan. He painted four rooms for us, including the ceilings, assembled a large, lighted pot rack, which required a great deal of electrical "know how", sealed some leaks in our skylights, and left the area spotless each day when he left. We will never hire anyone other than Morgan to take care of our projects. If Morgan can't get it done it won't get done!! I think next it will be yard work!! As our generation would say, "We got ourselves a real find"!

Morgan is one of the hardest working contractors I have ever seen. We recently contracted Morgan for a number of landscaping projects and his work was impeccable. The job-site was spotless when he left and the quality of work was fantastic. Morgan also offered really good advice and is very knowledgeable. The project came in right on budget. I highly recommend him.

Outdoor Play Equipment - Install
First off any contractor that returns calls within 24 hours is extremely rare in my book. Mr. Salyer returned my call within 3 hours on a weekend. He was spot on with the estimate & hours necessary needed to complete the job. I also had a timeline in which I needed the job done. He completed the job within this date request. Mr. Salyer is indeed the get-it-done guy & I highly recommend him for those who want things done but don't have the skills or more importantly, the time in which to do it.

We have had bad experience with other contractors and were hesitant to hire another, but Morgan is the guy you wish you could find. very honest (returned extra materials and gave us the money), extremely hard working (you wouldn't believe how fast he's moving after 10 hours outside), and reliable. if he says he will be there and get it done, it will happpen. no question. no oversight needed. incredible guy. (and a nice guy too). we have done several jobs with him - all exactly what you want, with no worry, i wish someone had told me to use him years ago.
