He does good work. He is cheaper than other companies. I have recommend them to others. He has the best quality doors and openers.

Tony was wonderful to work with. He arrived 10 minutes early and not only installed. The new opener but did maintenance on the door as well from now on, I will always recommend Tony.

The installer was professional, reasonably prices, and completed on time as promised. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Garage door would not close all the way despite manual unlock. I called Tony at 9am on Saturday morning. He came immediately after his first job, and had it fixed by noon. He checked the door and the opener mechanism and determined the problem of the wire going off track in the drum. He was able to fix that. He also noticed some dents in the track, which he fixed, and lubed the door/tracks. He also tightened the wires to prevent them from going off track. He then made sure that the wall opener opens and closes the door appropriately. I think the door actually opens and closes much more smoothly than before. He spent time explaining what the problem was, and what needs to be fixed. He also answered all my questions, and able/willing to find answers to ones that he didn't know right away. Very professional and friendly.

Technician, arrived 15 minutes early, performed work in a timely fashion, answered all my questions, price was good (received a discount for being old) and left area clean.

Very well. He was on time - he even rearranged his day to fit me in! The work was done well. Very satisfied.

The technician came on time, performed the service and went above and beyond by also checking connections and oiling parts to help smooth the door operation. He obviously had a good old fashioned work ethic and caring about people, that is often missing in today's world.

The Door Doctor arrived early and listened intently as I explained the problem. After inspecting everything he explained what he planned to do, gave me a written estimate, and proceeded to complete the job. After completing the job, he explained how I should operate the door. He explained that if I had any problems to give him a call. He gave me his business cards and I have shared with my friends. Outstanding work. Professional and knows the real "art" of customer service! As a woman, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. He did not talk down to me and answered all my questions. We need more people like the Garage Door Doctor!

I called on Sunday AM 2/19/12. Tom came over that day and got my door up so I could get the car out. He ordered parts and had it fixed by Tuesday!

He arrived on time one day after calling him and worked around my schedule. The repair was perfect and he explained what I needed to do to keep this problem from occurring again. He was so honest and helpful. It was refreshing to deal with someone so professional and good at what he does. He had all materials needed in his van and finished the job quickly.
