Mattresses
They had us provide some information from the bed tag mattress and some pictures of the issues and within 2 business days we received contact back. They stood behind their product and advised us to go to the store and they would apply a credit for the original purchase amount ($3900). My wife and I went and looked at comparable mattresses but ended up choosing something a bit more expensive ($4700); we assumed we would have to pay out of pocket the difference however Tempur-Pedic let us move forward with that purchase at no additional charge! The new mattress also comes with a 10 year warranty and we incurred no fees! What a great company to purchase from!
