Here at TechKnows, we do it all! We can remove viruses, reinstall Operating Systems, repair broken DC jacks on laptops, replaced broken LCDs on just about anything, we even work on Apple products! We can repair anything for a great price! We work on Televisions, Cameras, Printers, Radios and almost anything else that runs on electricity. Not sure if your device is worth repair? We can help you with that! At TechKnows PC Repair we do not charge a diagnostic fee. We will completely take apart the item in question if we have to in order to determine the cause of failure and the cost of repair. This family owned computer repair shop does an outstanding job; they are very knowledgeable and their charges are quite reasonable. Joe upgraded and reconfigured my laptop in record time. He has also worked on my PC in the past, ridding it of spyware and a virus, upgrading it, and getting it running faster than I ever thought it would. Best of all, he takes the time to explain it all to you.

I brought my pc in before 12 noon and picked it up the same day. Joe and his techs answered all of my questions and gave me a $10 discount as I left them the old parts. Everybody friendly and helpful. They are my tech guys from now on!

TechKnows PC Repair did a great job.  I called them at 5pm, took it in at 5:30, and they had it cleaned and ready to pick up by 10:15 the next morning.  They kept me updated by phone of the steps they were taking and asked permission before deleting or changing anything.  They were very knowledgeable and courteous, and answered all my follow-up questions.
This business was formally In and Out Computer located on Burt Rd, with which I had previously had a great experience.

From start to finish Tiffany and Mike took care of me quickly and efficiently. Only very small problem: the laptop lid got scratched. Would definitely return to them and encourage others to go to them with any computer problems.

It took longer than planned because the motherboard that I had ordered from
NewEgg was found to be defective and had to be sent back. Mike
stuck with me and got everthing working properly, including all my
software. He was very patient and spent a lot of time discussing the items I
wanted, and computer settings in general. Mike gave me a more than fair price for
all the hours he had put into it. It was a joy to work with such a fine professional.
If I have any computer problems in the future I will take them to In and Out Computer

He is a very hard worker, he always goes the extra mile for everyone! You can go into his office, he will help you anytime. He is very reasonable especially for all of the work he does. Mike the owner spends extra time with you to insure you are happy and everything is correct on your computer and you are happy. Mike the owner can help build websites and can help with anything you need for your computer. He also knows how to put in security cameras for your home or office. I've recommended him to several of my friends who own business's that needed security cameras, they said he was prompt, reasonable and they were very please with the end results.

Mike picked up the computer repaired it .got e Mail working and returned it the next day as promised.It now works like new. Mike is very professional and was patient with me as well as being a nice guy. I would highly recommend In and Out.

I took my computer into Mike the owner of this company; he kept in for two days; it had all kinds of virus;s on it!! It was so messed up. He took care of everything, he even came to my home to reinstall my printer etc. He was so nice, very professional, price was way under what I expected. Best Buy was going to charge, $189.00 just for the basic stuff. He reinstalled everything!! I have since referred him to many of my friends! They are all very pleased!
