I was given an arrival window and Ed texted prior to arrival to notify he was on his way. The service took around 45 minutes. The carpets in my house look great! This provider is very professional and trustworthy.

Ed from TEC texted me a few hours before our appointment to confirm it. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. He cleaned the carpet in a large basement and large hallway, from start to finish it took about an hour. The carpet looks great; it was really soiled to begin with. He was very professional, I would recommend TEC!

They did an okay job. I didn't feel like a certain carpet was particularly well done, and they charge an extra fee for furniture moving. However, the job went smoothly.

"I would like to offer you a FREE ROOM of carpet cleaning for your next service. I am sorry you felt one room that was cleaned was not satisfactory. I strive to please all of my clients. We always put forth our best effort to make your carpet look its best. However, sometimes not all spots and stains can be removed. Also- if traffic areas are worn- you can remove the soil but you can not restore the carpet to new condition. FURNITURE MOVING If you only have a few pieces of furniture to be moved, cleaned under and placed back on protective coasters there is NO CHARGE. We do charge a small fee to move entire rooms of furniture. The additional fee of $10 per area is for additional products required (plastic tabs and or foam blocks) and also the additional time required to move entire rooms of furniture."
