The initial reglazing and fixes for our tub/shower were amazing. It looked great, but after a few months it started to peel away and looks terrible now. We even let it set for a month before letting anyone use it. I've tried reaching them by email and phone multiple times with no reply.

Initial contact with them and the job itself went well. After about 3 months the reglaze on the tub started to fail, and they’ve been impossible to reach via phone or email. Stay away!

Came when they said they would. Friendly, gave us a time estimate and finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up their mess and left everything perfect. They also gave me a senior discount!

When I called to make my appointment, I was a bit rushed on the phone. If they had taken their time to ask about the tub, I could have told them it had two coats to be stripped off, not one. So it took an extra hour to strip that they weren't counting on. I believe my tub was a bit rushed because of that, and when they were finished I wasn't happy. Surface pro didn't argue with me, and we scheduled another appointment for them to come back and buff out the spots I wasn't satisfied with. Instead, they stripped the tub again and started from scratch. It looked beautiful this time, and they didn't charge me any additional costs. I was really pleased with the end result, they did a good job, but I would have preferred if it were done well the first time.

The owner operator showed up and repaired cracks in the shower/tub unit. They did however have to come back a second time to correct a few small flaws in the epoxy enamel. They were late for the initial appointment, but called an hour ahead of time to let me know. But the communication and responsiveness of company owner and the technicians doing the work out outstanding.

Overall, the price and description of the resurfacing process was as the provider described it would be. The finished product exceeded my expectations.

orI scheduled an appointment in less than 2 weeks. They were a little late for the appointment but called to let me know. Went right to work and were finished in less than 90 minutes-no mess! There was a little bit of an odor but not too bad-I was lucky it was a cool day and I could open all my windows. The charge was as quoted. The tub looks like new-they even re-cauled the whole thing. I would recommend to anyone.

They gave us an estimate over the phone and the actual cost was a little higher due to the extra layer of enamel that had been previously applied to the tub which had to be removed as well. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and they arrived promptly. The work was completed just as we had hoped. The bathroom was prepared appropriately so clean up was very minimal. We are completely happy with both the price paid and the work done!

The owner answered phone, said he could repair our tub and gave us an estimate of $195. He and a co-worker arrived on time and repaired the tub in 45 minutes. When checking out their work, "wow!" was my response. I expected to see where it had been patched; it was flawless! Visually couldn't tell it had been repaired, matched color perfectly. You can feel that the texture is slightly different. Made our tub usable again -- thought we would have to spend thousands to have unit replaced. Very pleased with their company, work and price. The process created a dust residue in the bathroom, had to wipe everything down and rewash exposed clean towels. Would recommend putting away clean items before having the process done.

They were about 3 weeks out on work and I asked that they call me if they had a cancellation, which they did. They came about 5 days after I called. On the day of the service, they called that they were to be 40 minutes late, which was nice. Once here, they got right to work and were done in about 1 hour 45 minutes. Job looks great. There was just a little bit of overspray on a couple of tile on one spot next to the tub. Two nice fellows who didn't mind me asking lots of questions. Their price was $50 cheaper than the other companies in town. I would hire again. However, follow-up is a problem. Warranty information hasn't been received after numerous calls.

Overall, it went well. He called to say he was running late - must be a regular problem since I read it on another review - but arrived within about 40 minutes of the scheduled time. He and another guy went right to work after putting down cloth runners on my carpeting. The work took several hours. I was surprised they left me with the shower doors, rather than offering to take them away. Also, I asked if he could put up a new shower rod for me - one of those curved rods that must attach to the wall - and he did for another $25. The tub glaze required a 24-hour resting period before the tub could be used. The tub looks great, but the bathroom is covered in a gritty powdery stuff that I assume was leftover from the glaze spraying process. That has taken a little bit of cleaning up. Reminds me of the grit left from drywalling.

My husband and I recently moved into a 1920's era bungalow. The bathtub in the main bath was chipped, worn and permanently dirty. We contacted SurfacePro and they made an appointment right away. As a matter of fact, they worked with me on my schedule because I really wanted the job done before a friend of mine visited for the weekend. They were a few minutes late but did call to let me know when they would arrive. The job took about an hour or so and the final result was FANTASTIC! The tub looks brand new - well worth the cost.

He did very nice work. He was on time and did the job quickly. He was pleasant and nice to have in our home. He did a great clean-up and left no mess. We were happy with our tub.
