The arrived on time. The initial cleaning was not done well but they did not hesitate to came back and make it right. The second time they did an excellent job. They said it was extremely rare to have to go back and redo work.

It was excellent. He is reasonable in his pricing, very satisified with his work and it was done in a timely manner. My mom raved about how good of a job he did on her carpet as well.
