Price is fair and they often run specials. I will continue to use them.

They were very good. The pricing is really fair too because he cleaned quite a few areas. They're always running specials too. They were very punctual.

UPDATE: Since writing this review, I have spoken to the manager of my local location. He was very kind and apologetic, offering to do anything to make it right - re-cleaning under the sofa, taking care of the drapes, and refunding the extra money for the "area rugs". Also, he was going to address the opening of doors. So, let it be known that this has been resolved to my satisfaction and the "check is in the mail". Should something change, I will update again. Thank you.

My graded ratings are all over the place because it was a mixed bag - ex. the price for what I agreed to was good, being charged for services that I didn't agree to was horrible. I've been an annual/semi-annual customer of Stanley Steemer for over 15 years and have never had problems until this time. Sure there are bumps and dings in the walls but never anything serious.
I left my grey-haired mother to watch over things while the guys were here. It's never been a problem before and she is more than capable of showing people what needs to be done. I feel that they took advantage of her. I had given Mom the total bill and asked her to have them protect the areas - which had not been included in the price, so she did not know the total price. Huge mistake.
My biggest complaint is that they were SPECIFICALLY told not to go behind closed doors. After completing the master bedroom the tech commented that he "liked the tile pattern". When Mom inquired "what tile pattern", she said that his face turned beet-red when he answered "the master bathroom". Mom simply replied, "I thought that door was closed." I KNOW the doors were closed, because I closed them myself and they are a very tight fit. It was not an area scheduled to be cleaned. PERIOD. I think that's called trespassing... It is a beautiful mosaic, though. :)
My next complaint is the condition in which my drapes and furniture were left. I've never had this happen before. My sofa has wooden legs on tiny metal wheels. There were no plastic protectors put between the metal and the carpet! Did you know that metal on wet carpet rusts? My heavy drapes and window sheers were tied into tight knots, when they are usually laid in the very wide window sills. I will now have to have all of them steamed to remove the creases.
Finally, I had told Mom that most of the time the guys swipe across a dingy old carpet remnant that they walk across to get into and out of the house. It's in the garage - the hoses drag over it and whatnot. The remnant is cut into 3 pieces but sit end to end, which when combined are 3' x 6' or 18 sq ft. The guys agreed, saying nothing else. When I got the bill, I was ASTOUNDED to find that I had been charged a total of $45 dollars for three "area rugs". Now, let me say that my 60+ sq ft hallway only costs $19. Had the guys told my mother what they were going to charge, she would have said forget it and hosed them off in the yard! Heck, I would have paid $19 and called it a day. It was just too easy for them to take advantage of a 70 year old woman.
So, yes, I'm unbelievably dissatisfied and haven't been able to get a manager to call me back. The corporate office has called them twice and sent an email. I won't be using them again, because there are other good companies in the area; I just stayed out of familiarity and loyalty.

Overall I thought this went quite well.  They actually were able to arrive 1 hour early because a previous job cancelled.  We were a little nervous about this as our 16 month old was done for a nap.  When I told the team that arrived this they were really understanding and were extra quite as they went about their work.  They got down to work promptly, even moving furniture around to get under couches, chairs, beds, etc.  They were very upfront, after a review of the carpet, of the spots they could and could not get out, which was very helpful.  That said, they ended up getting out all but 1 stain on the carpet which was very very small, so not a big concern.
The team was very polite and professional.  They even took precautions to keep the cold air out of the house.  Overall a good experience.

They were very quick to come to the house and the technicians were very professional. Due to the kitchen tile not being sealed and having years of kitchen related staining, it was very difficult to get completely clean. As a result, it was not visually clean when they were done. They offered a sealing grout tint that was not available in many colors and was very expensive. Due to this we did not use them to seal the grout. The bathroom turned out nice. Overall they were far to expensive for not having worked any miracles on our particularly stained kitchen grout.

The two man crew was punctual, pleasant to deal with, got the work done efficiently. I would use them again.

I called on Monday and they scheduled me for Friday, they were very prompt and curtious. Our carpet is very old and worn, and they did and excellent job making it look better than it has in a long time.

Arranging our appointment was a breeze. The crew arrives promptly and got to work. The carpets look great !!! We will definitely call them next time...and the next !!!

They just cleaned the carpet and left. They were good and if I get a coupon from them I would use them again.

They were punctual. When there was a disagreement on services a different person was sent out right away and everything got done and it was done right. They did a good job cleaning considering I have two kids and pets. I would give them an A+. They charged exactly what they advertised; I was pretty happy with that.

They are very, very good. They did a very good job cleaning the carpet. I had a lot of stains on that carpet and they were able to get those out. I had the whole downstairs cleaned about six weeks ago. There were a lot of 18-19 year old boys down there together; and they split soft drinks and there was tea stains on the carpet, and Stanley Steemer was able to get those out. I would use them again in the future.

It was fine. The two guys were young and very nice. They did give us a break on some things. They took about two hours. They cleaned up fine.

Requested appointment on line via Stanley Steamer website one week prior to the date I wanted. They responded within 24 hours confirming the date I requested. The appointment confirmation said they would arrive between 9am and 1pm (which I don't care for, but they do a great job so I'm trying not to be picky). They arrived at 12:50pm, were very professional, and did a great job. They were very careful with my furniture (which I appreciate very much) and they didn't leave a mess. I have used them a couple of times in the past and will continue to use them. The only MINOR complaint I have is that I wish the appointment time range was a little smaller. I could have used that three and 1/2 hours that I waited doing something more productive.

I spent about $120 on that service. They did a good job. They were very professional and neat. They came in, did the job and were on their way.

The work went well and we were pleased with the results. They were professional and they did the work in an efficient manner.
