It was a two week project. They were honest. They are really good at what they do. They did an excellent job. He went above and beyond. He helped me with things he did not have to do, which was really nice.

Great! Technician was very meticulous and no spray escaped into the house. I had to call them a month later because I found an imperfection that could be a problem. They came out the next day and fixed it! One year later I am still happy with the job. You do get what you pay for!

Horribly.
Estimate: Missed appointment. We had to initiate call for them to come out at a later time to estimate the work.
1st attempt: Workers came out to spray the tub. Covered everything nicely. Tub looked great. Except that one whole side had a rough surface. Immediate attempts to remedy the situation came with accusations that we had done something to the surface - allowed dust (we had recently drywalled) to settle on a damage the surface. This would have been difficult since the bathroom had not been used in days prior to or following the work.
2nd attempt: Technician came out and admitted the surface was not prepared correctly. Re worked the tub. Surface was improved, but not perfect. Tub looked acceptable.
Present: Within three months the glazing is peeling in several places. Looks absolutely ridiculous. Several attempts (as in two or three per weeks for the last 6-8wks) have been made to contact Spraymasters. We have not received even one reply. Not one.
We were not difficult customers. We just wanted the job done correctly. Yet we have met with nothing but contempt and outright avoidance since. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

"After 23 years of business and thousands of customers, ask anyone that knows us and they will tell you our first concern is customer satisfaction, when something does not turn out simply spectacular (rare, but it can happen) we always address the problems promptly and bend over backward to please our customers. As to this particular review, I can say i searched our our phone service records all numbers incoming and outgoing- we have never received the first call from this person so the claims of non response are totally inaccurate, we have had the same number since 1992. As to the workmanship we did a job at this residence for a contractor for 300, they were working with insulation and drywall at the time. Insulation has microfibers which can become airborne and could land on our wet painted surface. We recommended they finish there work and let us return, they insisted we go ahead and spray the tub, later when there was some surface roughness we returned for free and polished out there debris. As to current status we got a call from this contractor about a month ago and he said they had chipped the tub or something and our reply was "when can we come out"? The contractor said he would let us know when he could let us in and call us back to schedule something. That is the last I have heard from this contractor. Since the uniformed homeowner has gone to great lengths to publicly tarnish our good name over a simple tub reglaze we will be severing any further contact with this customer. - edit, after we got the contractor to give us his number we went and re did the work to be sure it was perfect and was told by the customer he would in return update his review, which I see never happened, as i expected."

Arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. The only downside were the fumes from the process, but nothing can be done about that. I just did not realize how pervasive it would be. Having said that, they did everything they could to contain the mess. There was a huge amount of prep work, which I appreciated. The tiles and tub look great so far, I am very pleased with the way they look. No issues whatsoever.

The Spraymasters staff was very professional. The bathtubs looked beautiful when they were finished, and had several months to cure before they were ever used. However, the coating began to peel on both tubs and surrounds within a few months of use. Spraymasters kindly came back to repair, but within a month, each tub and surround had developed entirely new peeling areas. I am now replacing both tubs and surrounds. If this magical coating product was all that is claimed to be, this company would rate A+. Please learn on my dime; save your money.

The quote was accurate and the team was on time and completed the work in the time they specified. Some of the overspray did get on a small part of my vanity in one bathroom. It cant be wiped or cleaned off. I did not contact the company to fix it because it isn't hugely noticeable and I did not know if the current color of my vanity could be matched as it was a custom color.

Made several good suggestions to make the end result look better. Covered all areas so no paint was over sprayed.
The final results exceeded our expectations. It was expensive, but not as expensive as replacing all the tubs, showers and kitchen cabinets.
I would do it again and highly recommend Spraymaster!

We were very, very happy with SprayMasters. They did excellent work within the timeframe given at the start of the project. I think they were very accommodating, and I enjoyed working with them.

Initially it looked much better than before. I was disappointed that some of the grout lines did not fill in evenly. I was also disappointed to discover all the particulate that had been painted over. To lie in the tub was uncomfortable. We were told that the tub would smooth after time, It did not. Within a year the paint came up around the drain. We had been told that this might happen. Mr. Metcalfe came out and fixed it for free. A few months later it happened again. He returned to fix it again and this time asked for payment. At around two and a half years the paint peeled from the bottom of the tub. Mr. Metcalfe came out again painted and installed a mat to cover the area that had lost its adherence for around $40 and change. He told me that some tub colors did not, for some unknown reason, take the paint. That was the first time that I was told this. To date the mat and the paint has peeled off and it looks terrible. The paint is also peeling in other places.
Response from SPRAYMASTERS INC
"Finish was repaired anytime a complaint was made, once I determined the finish would not hold, due to reasons unknown I offered to replace this tub. Not sure what more one would expect."
