We're very happy with them. We've had excellent experiences there. We've used them for a long time. She's easy to get into and has always done a good job with our pets.

Southland Veterinary Hospital is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I highly recommend.

They were cryptic with prices and when I declined "optional" vaccines, they bullied me until I agreed to get them. The total for this well-animal and vaccine visit was $555 - way more expensive than I am used to. The vet and staff were friendly, but certainly do not justify the cost or the lack of transparency in pricing for services. Would NOT recommend.

It was determined that my dog has a shortened trachea which is common in this breed. Surgery was recommended at a specialist veterinary clinic in Louisville. We chose to delay the surgery in case she grows out of the problem.

They do a great job. I think that they are fairly priced. They are just a wonderful group of doctors and the staff they have working for them. I can't say anything bad about them. I have used them for years and I think that the staff is very caring.

It has always gone well for us when we go to SVH. Dr. Hardigree is our main veterinarian but Dr. Cleary and Dr. DeBolt are very good as well. All of them have a very kind and loving demeanor but Dr. Hardigree is our favorite. She truly loves and cares for your pet, she is very sweet and understand of all your questions and concerns and takes time to address them. Over the course of a lifetime our pets age and can no longer live a good quality life, they have sent lovely cards and imprinted our cats paw print on things for us to have as momentos. As previously stated, they are the best.

My pets are seen by Dr. Hardigree, and he is really wonderful. The staff is just wonderful; they are all very caring. If they cannot handle what the problem is then there is another place that they will refer me to that has all the modern technology.

They have always been good with my dogs. I have always been happy with them. Their prices are comparable.

The overall experience was excellent. The price was average. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this service again.

The entire experience was very calm, comforting and professional. Both Miss Suzy Q. and I were very happy with the way we were treated: very warm, welcoming, respectful, and as painless as possible. In addition to receiving 7 monthly doses of Revolution for the price of 6, I received a $2.00 discount for bringing in a stool sample for the intestinal parasite exam!

Suzy Q. and I have received excellent service for emergencies and routine health care from all of the Veterinarians and their staff for nine years. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. The Southland Veterinary Hospital staff are all courteous and keep current on all small animal research and techniques. They will also make payment plans so that those of us who are on very tight budgets can get our four-legged family members very well cared for and still keep our dignity.

The price was about what everybody else charges. We don't have any complaints with them. They are convenient to us and they are real good with our dog. We've only had routine stuff done and nothing out of the ordinary. The people are real nice.

We did not spend anything for our puppy because we get our monthly treatment there for our cat. We spent about $243 that day.

On time, very caring and knowledgeable veterinarians and staff. Payment plan acceptable to both parties.

We literally were given an extra year with our precious little dog because of the excellent care and treatment she received at Southland Vet Clinic. When the end came, Dr. Millie and her entire staff made the experience easier for us and our dog.

Southland Veterinary Clinic has taken care of two of our cats during their final days. They are professional and caring, and were willing to allow us to take one of our furbabies home for a few extra days to come to terms with her illness. Their prices are a little higher than some, but they provide excellent service.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Millie Hardigree and her staff at Southland Vet Hospital. Dr. Millie is so kind and compassionate, as well as being very thorough and knowledgeable about even the most unusual conditions. She literally gave us an extra 7 or 8 quality months with our precious little elderly dog.

I also have a Persian cat and they take care of him as well. I deal with them a lot. The facility is very clean and they work out really nice. I actually left my dog there one time while he was on IVs and they took good care of him. My daughter had to leave her ferret there one time and the vet actually took the ferret home with her to care for him. They are all woman vets here and they are just so very nice. They have a few helpers and a few students working there as well. I have been using them for years.

I recently moved to Lexington and a neighbor recommended this local Vet's office. I got an appointment quickly and was seen very shortly after coming in the building. All staff were friendly and Dr. Hardigree was very kind and considerate with my old cats. They specialize in geriatric pets. Blood work showed the one cat was in the early stages of kidney failure so I went back for some special cat food that she gave me samples of. I am very happy with my new vets.
