As a nursing student she was feeling overwhelmed at being able to regularly clean the apartment when her roommate left in 2nd semester. Considering how messy college kids can be, I, too, was worried. Sharon and her team came to the rescue! They performed a thorough deep cleaning at their first visit and she's coming in once a month for maintenance cleaning (my daughter will still need to do her part in between). My daughter is totally comfortable with Sharon and has been proud to tell me that her apartment is sparkling afterwards. When my daughter moves to a new apartment, I will have Sharon and her team deep-clean the old and new apartments and continue to come in once a month. Both my daughter and I have peace of mind knowing Sharon is part of our team! I can't thank Sharon enough!

I first called Sharon to get an estimate on a home I've moved out of which needed deep cleaning so I can get it up to sell. She stated that she didn't want to give estimates over the phone, which I was fine with, and we set a time to meet so she could look my house. She and her sister arrived on time and I was quoted $200 and since the price was very reasonable, I gave her the job. She told me she'd be there on Sat. between 9 and 9:30am. Unfortunately, we didn't exchange numbers and I didn't call Friday to confirm.
Saturday at 10:30am, Sharon had not arrived. I called her to find out what was going on and she was still at home trying to find childcare. She told me that she didn't have a number to reach me (which she didn't), but she was on her way. An hour later (11:30am) she, her sister and her niece showed up to clean. I was hoping they could be finished by 4:00 since I had other 2 other sets of plans that evening and I was thinking 7 hours (9-4) would have been ample time to complete the job; she felt pretty sure that she could be done by then. Changing my plans twice, I told her that if she could be finished by 5:30 at the latest, that was OK, as I didn’t want her and team rushing and not doing a good job. I ended up leaving and told her to call me about 30 minutes before she was done so I could head back over to pay her. She called at 5:10pm to tell me they were wrapping things up.
Once I got back, I did look through the house and what I saw looked incredibly clean! I got to the master bathroom and noticed the film of hairspray residue was still caked on the floor and there was still soap scum on the floor of the bathtub. That bathtub has very tiny grooves which makes it incredibly hard to clean, but I can get it clean with a stiff bristle brush and Clorox. I told Sharon that both had not been cleaned well. She told me niece was back there and used “Magic Erasers” on the tub. She didn’t say anything about her niece mentioning the hairspray on the floor. I told Sharon that I would go back and fix it (although I wish I hadn’t done that), but I think what frustrated me the most about that was that she didn’t offer to go back there and take a look at it and/or help remedy it. She did tell me that Windex should take hairspray right up. I went back to the house the next day to finish up the bathroom and noticed more of the tub had not been cleaned well (grooves on the side, front and back).
I will say that the work Sharon and sister did was thorough. There were a few cobwebs still on the wall in the kitchen, but that’s an easy fix. It seems like there should have been more supervision with her niece, that’s hard to say since I wasn’t there the whole time. I did find 2 cigarette butts in my driveway the next morning and know at least 2 out of the 3 ladies smoke. Again, that’s not a major deal, but something that was a little careless, since I nor do my neighbors smoke. I do appreciate now not having to worry about the cleaning and can focus my energy on other aspects of the house.
Response from Sharon Williams
"When I agreed to clean Member' house, she told me time was not a problem, I even fit her in on a Saturday, which I usually do not do. I do have children and when I clean on days school is not in I have to find childcare, that day I had problems but when I spoke with Member she said that it was fine. This house took me and my staff 16 man hours together. When we were finished I called Member and she came to finish up with us. She mentioned the master bath, about the bottom of her tub and hairspray residue on her floor, I offered to go back and get the hairspray up for her and even told her Windex would bring it up. She insisted that it was fine. In regards to her tub, we do use Magic Erasers with a tub and tile cleaner. We cleaned her tub 3 times to try and get the grime up out of the bottom. She did tell us that she used a wire brush and clorox but that was something we did not have. Once again she insisted that it was fine and that the whole house looked wonderful, even giving us a tip. We do not smoke at our clients houses, we go to the curbside and we always pick up our cigarette butts. As far as I knew she was satisfied with our services and I am sorry it was not to her standards..."

Sharon cleaned our 3 bedroom 2 bath home spotlessly. I am extremely picky and detail oriented and while I've hired people to clean in the past she is the first one to clean my home the way I would. I found absolutely nothing to complain about. She brought one other lady with her to do the cleaning and did everything to my exacting and admittedly OCD standards. We've set up to have her come every two weeks and I am confident enough in her abilities to give a A+++ rating here. You won't be sorry.

She was very thorough. She did what we had asked and agreed on. She cleaned the way that I wanted it to be cleaned with the materials that I wanted her to have used. Her price was reasonable. She had to reschedule but she was on time when we decided on the second day. She was very professional.

Sharon had worked with us before and with the economy downturn we had to let her go. When things picked up I wanted to hire her back. Before I made the call my husband had a health became very ill. I called her and on no notice she came and cleaned. Even though the health crisis has passed we haven't missed a beat. She comes regularly and we plan on keeping it that way. I would easily recommend her to my friends, and have.
