The clean up crew responded within 30 minutes of the phone call. They thoroughly explained everything that they were getting ready to do. Our insurance covered this, so the monetary value wasn't our focus at the time.

My insurance company paid thousands on them. The reason why I am not using them for the second half of the restoration is because they were more compared to the other estimate. Our aquarium burst and all the water leaked on to my wooden floor and went down into the basement like rainfall. They came and they dried out the wood. They tore up the carpeting upstairs and downstairs and worked on drying up the wall. They did the basement ceiling and wall. Overall they were very good. The office people were awesome and they were good about getting someone out the same day. The restoration people came and kept me in the loop. They were very professional, polite and respectful. They dried out the hardwood which took a week and half to do but it was very good. I liked them a lot and I didn't know they were charging my insurance company double what anyone else would have.  I liked them a lot and they were very responsive.  They have a restoration company that doesn't go by the same name.  Their estimator was not rude but he treated me like he was the estimator and I was just a woman out there who knew nothing. I didn't appreciate it and he didn't answer all my questions. I didn't like his answers and time lines he gave me. I didn't like the way he talked to me. He wasn't respectful and he talked down to me because I couldn't possibly understand what he was saying. My husband is the one who knows nothing and I am the one who deal with it. I didn't appreciate it and I didn't like it. I didn't go with them.  I didn't like the way he spoke to me. When you have your house flooded you pay whatever it is to get it done.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and checked the state of things every couple of days until the house was dry. They worked directly with our insurance company so I didn't have to deal with paying Servpro and waiting for money from the insurance company. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
