Russell was friendly, pleasant, and professional. He knew what he was doing with a piano, which we appreciated since ours was from 1900. He found a piece of pencil lead stuck between the two keys that wouldn't play, and we were grateful for Russell's expertise and knowledge on this easy fix. Then he tuned the piano. We would highly recommend this gentleman to any piano owner.

He also cleans piano's and I plan on having him come back to do the cleaning. He is very pleasant and polite. Russell also seemed to be very knowledgable and professional. His price is competitive.
