 + -1 moreRussell was friendly, pleasant, and professional. He knew what he was doing with a piano, which we appreciated since ours was from 1900. He found a piece of pencil lead stuck between the two keys that wouldn't play, and we were grateful for Russell's expertise and knowledge on this easy fix. Then he tuned the piano. We would highly recommend this gentleman to any piano owner.

Description of Work: Mr. Schmidt made a service call with pitch raise on my piano and took 7 broken strings to be replaced after the holidays (my schedule). I found him punctual, professional, cordial and very knowledgeable. I expect him to become my go-to piano-man.
