We cannot say enough about the work of Sam Riddell. He is the most professional and qualified contractor that we have had the pleasure of working with. Sam's company has completed three major projects at our home over the past year, including a total kitchen remodel, back room addition, and bonus room addition. Sam's versatility and experience allow him to move easily from one project to the next, while meeting deadlines and providing a top quality result. The little things are important to him, and he is extremely detailed while keeping the "big picture" in mind. For the kitchen remodel, he removed two walls and installed an engineered 20 foot support beam in the attic to keep the structure intact. This brought new life to our ranch house by opening three rooms into one. An island was installed and all new lighting added. The construction entailed many changes and modifications, including HVAC repair, trim work, floor sanding/patching, drywall and painting, etc. All were handled seamlessly.
