Rosie Home Inspections

Kari was fantastic! She is very detail oriented and through. She provided us with great literature for future home repairs and maintenance. She was so helpful and patient. We are new home buyers and no absolutely nothing. She went through all of her findings, let us know the degree of the defect and gave us advice how to fix the problem.  She was very hands on and actually took the time to show us the readings on her equipment or how something was not acting properly. She made it so easy to understand. She also sent the inspection report within 24 hours. Her report was great. It was in color, had great pictures and was easy to read. Everything was explained in great detail and was so organized. She was amazing and a great person to work with first time home buyers. I could not have asked for a better experience.
