THe management failed to provide timeley service on any of the issues in need of repair in the home with any consistency.
on move in the bathroom sink was clogged. it was determined that their contractors poured the remaining grout from the tile work down the pipes. this was never repaired
both front and side dorres were warped in the openings, these were left in disrepair for 6 months before any attempt at repair or replacement was made, it then took 3 more months to complete the replacement.
the aforementioned pipes in the bathroom led to a backup of all bathroom plumbing resulting in a bathtub full of sewage and a toilet full of the same. this was left unrepaired for 3 weeks in a one bathroom home.
the plubming leaked onto the water heater in the basement, this was never repaired.
the foundation was cracked and we werenever informed of this.
the rent was higher than the median average ofthe same home in the same area by more than 150.00
We left the property after being assured that they woudlnot hold us accountable for breaking the lease (it was a month to month by then)
