Frankly, these guys are great. They're really friendly, very reliable, and very responsive. The projects that they've done for us are great and so much fun. We've had them change and tweak options/shortcuts through the control4 system multiple times via email and they've come out to the house multiple times to just put on the final touches and make sure it's exactly the way we want it. They send us occasional emails checking in to make sure that it's working the right way and doing what we want. They also just recently started a new policy of basically incorporating continued maintenance over time, so you don't have to pay them again if something stops working later on. We haven't needed to do that yet, but it offers good piece of mind.

It went very well. Anytime we had an issue they were quick the come out and address it. The system is very complex and it took some time to learn how it works. They came out as many times as we needed to make sure it work and to teach us how to use it. I have complete confidence that if we have an issue in the future they will take care of it.
