Chris the landscape designer was great.  Very friendly, knowledgeable and detailed.  He knew where and why to put different plants and trees.  He listened to what we wanted to use the space as and include in the design.  The plans included measurements, images, and specifics on plants and material.  He was available and responsive and even met us at nursery to show different options and explain.

I've worked with Redmond's several times and I'm pleased with them. The job was a combined effort. I went over and looked at plants but I worked with their suggestions on how best the plants would look. They gave a guarantee for the plants. I like the company as a whole. I like the proximity and I liked working with them. I liked the displays they have at their store and landscapes in their property. They didn't push their ideals off on me.

I was very pleased, from start to finish. I had a few shade perennials in the space already, but several that had been planted the previous year had not survived. The rep identified poor soil quality (I thought we had had it conditioned the previous year, by someone else!) and included removal and replacement of the top foot of soil in his estimate. He discussed my needs with me, listened carefully to my concerns, and made informed recommendations. The crews arrived promptly when they were scheduled, and were very courteous and hard-working. And they thought for themselves, as well as following instructions! (One worker, when they first arrived to prepare the shade garden's soil, made sure I knew that the site wouldn't get much sunlight. I was a little amused, since it was to be a shade garden, but very impressed that he spoke up since he hadn't known that.) They brought plenty of perennials with them, and consulted me as they were planting them to honor my preferences for distribution and placement. They were fine with me sending a few of the plants back. That garden is my pride and joy! I've had it for 2 seasons now, and I show it off regularly to my guests.

The crew had to dig a drain and also replaced plants in the front of the house, and mulched all areas. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and got everything done the same day. They entire crew was AWESOME!

I purchased a new red bud tree to replace a maple that had gotten blown over in the previous summer. They removed the old stump and planted the new tree all for one price. Because the tree it was replacing wasn't very big (3-4 inch diameter) they didn't charge extra to remove it first and haul away the stump. They did an excellent job! They actually promised to get it done within 7-10 days and it was done in about 3-4 days, tops! No damage to my yard from any heavy equipment either.

Redmond has provided me many trees, shrubs, and flowers in the past and will continue to provide them in the future.

Very happy over-all. The did a great job, and they did it for about 1/6th of the next nearest estimate!

I have used this company for years. They installed all my original landscaping. I use them every year for keeping up my landscaping. . They have an excellent staff, especially the supervisor, Ritchie Bullock.
