 It was professional when Mr. Brown himself came.  The service was less professional when others came.  It was expensive and cost more than other good professionals.

It was fast & efficient. Robert was pleasant to deal with. There were no surprises, they offered a free energy audit which I am considering taking now especially since they do what they say they will do, without trying to sell me on more things. I really like this company - wish I had discovered them 10 years ago!

He is very good and honest.

When they first arrived I expected them to start work, but there had been a communication problem with their office and the tech was sent to install the circuit with no materials, work sheet, estimate etc.  I showed them the work that needed done and they put together a materials list and said they would return within a few days.When they returned, running the circuit took two days.  It looked good and it worked so I paid.  It was about 6 months later when I found the trouble.  I donated the original hot tub to a family in my church who needed it for hydrotherapy.  When we were disconnecting the hot tub, we killed the circuit at the cut off.  I had a screwdriver and disconnected the electrical and I got shocked and the system board on the hot tub took a spark.  The GFCI had been wired incorrectly so it had one phase of the 220 running on the neutral.  Every person, friend and family,  who had been in the hot tub had been at risk of electrocution.  I called and explained the situation and spoke with Mr. Brown, the technician who performed the work.  I explained my extreme displeasure with the quality of their work.

 I was offered an apology and nothing else.

They aren't too expensive.  None of those guys are cheap.  They come on time.
