Did not go well.  Too many issues to list.
After agreeing to correct shortcomings, been waiting for nearly 3 months for them to be done.

We are very pleased with their work.   The work expanded as we got into it.  They are very thorough, they went out of their way to solve problems, and they did research on things that needed to be done outside out the time that he was here.  The people were absolutely terrific; the painting was superbly done and the tiling is beautiful.  The finishing has been excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  It turned out to be less expensive than we thought and the work turned out unbelievably well.  They were hard to reach at times but they had other projects that they were working on.  There were times that I was expecting them but they weren’t coming on that day.  I would use them again.

It's his own company. He did the whole work. He tore our old deck down and built the new one from scratch. He dug the foundation and built the deck and hauled off all the old wood. Two of the sides are about three quarters of the way up so that nobody can see in. One side which is facing our driveway and patio is open. It has got a low side on it like it is ordinarily seen on a deck. It's very nice. He has got latticework from the roof down on the high side. He has got latticework on the openings. He also built a voltage ceiling on it with two fans. He did a fantastic job and did exactly what we wanted him to do. It is absolutely wonderful, and I just love it. He has also done some work for our son. He is very hard to get because he has got a good reputation. We had priced around and found out that the prices of others were way higher than his. When he says he'll be here he will be here. We have got him lined up right now to do some work on our bathroom.

Excellent. Donnie is very friendly, and professional. He made sure everything was done perfectly. He used all new materials on the finished wall, with the exception that I wanted the original paneling to be used so it would match the existing walls in my basement. He took his time to ensure nothing was damaged while removing the old wall, and took his time and re-installed the wall so that it looked as if nothing had ever been done. Great job!!
