Used this company through a warranty that came with the purchase of my home. Called and they came out the same day, basically doing me a favor due to the cold temps. Adam came out at 7:30 at night and fixed my unit. He did a great job and explained things well and the company has excellent customer service!

Office staff were excellent. Nancy was helpful, responsive, and nice. Service was scheduled quickly and tech arrived on time. Dean was professional, nice, and provided helpful suggestions. There was a disconnect between the tech and what was offered in the 22 point tune up. I did not get one new filter no CO alarms installed. He was not aware of the 22 point special.

Excellent deal for diagnosing the problem but the quote was too expensive for fixing it.

They guy complained the entire time he was here about the brand of furnace we have. Our furnace was putting out dirt, and he said that was normal instead of looking into the problem. He refused to put gauges outside because he said we would loose too much refrigerant. One the burners was clogged, and the heat would have stopped working had it not been fixed. My friend came out and fixed what the company would not.

I was looking for a furnace replacement for 26 year old attic unit that had finally quit.  Unique Indoor Comfort was very responsive, on time, up front with what to expect.  They new they were in a competitive situation and I was obtaining quotes from several companies and they even provided tips on what to ask of these other places.  Confident in their Lennox line of products.  Developed a new design for attic furnace because original unit that came with house 26 years ago was not even accessible if it needed repairs. Install went smoothly and performed in a timely manner.  Happy with new complete system for upstairs and no more anxiety about old equipment breaking down.  Would recommend this company in the future.

He was in and out quickly and saved us some money.

Furnace tune-up and found a couple of issues.  Fixed both without charging additional labor (no parts were needed).  They were very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

The tech filled the freon, but told me if I wanted them to find the leak, it would cost an additional service call and a large amount to find it. Didn't say what it would cost to fix it. After filling the freon, he didn't check the vents with a temp gauge to make sure it was blowing cold air. The last company I used checked before and after filling to see how cold the system air was. No checking here. No follow up after either. I only used this company as my regular company wasn't available on weekends, and it was getting very warm in my home already. Probably won't use them again unless it's an emergency.

They had installed our new upstairs air conditioning system over the summer.  The service man arrived early; rapidly fixed the problem and was off.  Very reasonable price.

RANDY WAS ON TIME AND PROVIDED SOME TIPS TO HELP REGULATE TEMP UP/DOWN. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. WOULD RECOMMEND RANDY AND UNIQUE TO FRIENDS.

Very well. Randy was knowledgeable and professional. And personable. He found the problem; which was not what I thought it would be. He got a new part and replaced it.

Technician was very professional, punctual, very personable and helpful. Came within 2 business days of original call. Came for a diagnostic check "coupon" purchased through Angie's List. Explained everything he was doing and overall condition of A/C and HVAC. Was low on freon, he filled it for additional cost. Noticed leak at HVAC, discussed repair vs replacement options, was not pushy or trying to sell more product. Gave tips on maintenance and effieciency which were helpful. Will do business again. Highly recommend.

Very effecient

We had used Curt with Unique in the past and kept his card handy.  We had not been happy with the level of professionalism with other Lennox providers in the Lexington area.  Curt was a breath of fresh air.  He is an absolutely total professional, dedicated to customer service and ensuring that the complete job is done.  I felt comfortable with him in my home which was a huge thing to me.  So many contractors come into your home and are somewhat 'creepy.'  Curt instilled a level of confidence and knowledge that made me know we wouldn't be using anyone else going forward.  Unique is sooooo lucky to have him as their employee.  He is a gem!
