Can't say enough about how much I appreciate the good care Robyn and colleagues at Rainbow Watchers take of my dogs.
I have two "stray specials," one of whom is scared of everything. They both love Robyn and her staff.
Rainbow Watchers has been very organized and easy to deal with, and is fairly priced. Robyn has always accommodated visits, even when my work schedule changes and the visit is requested relatively last-minute. She and her staff routinely do little things that are above and beyond: calling if they have concerns about the dogs or our home, bringing in mail, leaving notes about issues in the backyard. Sounds small, but sure makes life for us easier and better!
I would recommend Rainbow Watchers to others without hesitation.

She didn't come at the times requested and she gets my mail and sorts it. The animals are always taken care of. My biggest problem was that she didn't space her visits properly - there was way to much time in between visits.

Client emailed us at 8:17 PM on 10/7/13 & asked if we could "fit in" her pets on our schedule for the following (30 min.) pet visits: [*No specific times were requested by this client in her email message which we have documented in her file*] 10/14/13: (2 Pet Visits) - Starting Afternoon 10/15/13: (2 Pet Visits) - Starting Afternoon (Client said her cleaning lady is doing AM potty break) 10/16/13: (3 Pet Visits) 10/17/13: (3 Pet Visits) 10/18/13: (3 Pet Visits) 2. We did manage to "fit her in" on our schedule and performed the requested pet visits at the following approximate time. These pet visits were spaced out as evenly as possible among our other clients who were already on our schedule before this client submitted her reservation request: [Our pet care service hours are: 6 AM - 9 PM] 10/14/13: 12:30 PM, 7:00 PM 10/15/13: 12:30 PM, 7:00 PM 10/16/13: 6:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 7:00 PM 10/17/13: 6:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 7:00 PM 10/18/13: 6:00 AM, 12 Noon, 7:00 PM We provided the pet care for this client exactly as she had requested it, so it makes absolutely no sense why she would post a review with a rating any less than "A" for our company. Needless to say, we are very shocked & confused to say the least!"

This is the second time I've used Rainbow Watchers service and will continue to do so. The owner, Roybn, is very professional. She is puncutal, thorough, and it's obvious she cares about my cats. Roybn is very detailed when learning about your needs for her services as well as for your pets. The extras she offers, like mail collection, watering plants, turning off/on lights, opening blinds, etc., are very appreciated. I feel that my pets, and my home, are getting good care while I am gone. I would definitely use her again, and recommend her to others.

Over the years, they have taken care of various cats and birds for me. On one occasion, one of my cats was in extreme distress when the caretaker came over - she contacted me and my local emergency contact and made sure the cat got to the vet, was cared for, and transferred to the local emergency contact's house until I returned home. Most recently, while watching my bird, the caretaker went the extra mile and watered my outdoor plants during a drought. I didn't even have to ask! This is a great service provider!

I have used Rainbow Watchers as my pet and farm sitter for 10 years. I have gone on trips for over 2 weeks duration with absolute confidence that my pets (my furry family really) will be cared for and safe while I am gone. Robyn's maturity and experience assures me that even if something should occur while I am gone she will handle it promptly. She relates to my pets very well. Rainbow Watchers are the best pet sitters ever. They are very professional, even down to the documentation of activity every day. They always keep an eye out for unusual activity around the house and promptly alert us if something isn't right. Most of all, they truley care about the well being of the critters which we appreciate. My pets look forward to Robyn and the crew. We also appreciate that Rainbow Watchers will give you a head's up when you need something for the pets or if something doesn't seem right with the pets. Once I contracted service, Robyn came over to meet my pets and understand their needs. I found her very knowledgeable about dogs and she handled my pets very well when we took them out for a trial walk. She has even provided me some tips on how to train them better, which are working out really well. I can tell they are being cared for very well when she comes. I have much confidence they are being taken care of in the best manner, and in a crisis situation, if it should ever occur, would handle the situation very well.

Couldn't be more thrilled. Robyn goes way over and above and her prices are more than reasonable. She is professional and dependable. If your pet needs medication (oral, injectable or otherwise), you can be sure it will be administered exactly when and how your pet needs it. Included in her fees, Robyn will bring in your mail, water plants, alternate blinds, lights, etc., so you're getting a house sitter and pet sitter for one price! On line reservations and payments are available once you are an established client, which makes it even easier.
