I was greeted and given a rough estimate before filling out paperwork to begin the process. They provided my insurance company with a fully disassembled vehicle to expedite the adjustment process. The vehicle was repaired to new looking condition, but they did not notice a wheel bearing had been damaged and was making noise, however that was quickly repaired making the vehicle as good as the day I bought it. I was quoted 12-13 days of repair time, but upon returning it took 2 extra days to get the wheel bearing approved by the insurance company and repaired. I have used this company before and will definitely continue using them in the future.

CTSI arrived on time. The receiving was courteous and professional and said it should be done on 45 minutes. After an hour and a half, I went to check on things. It was still not completed, but they finished shortly. The lady taking payment didn't quite make it to rude, but was about as uninterested as possible. I was disappointed about how long it took after scheduling a simple maintenance, but the worse part was that as part of the service they provided a free wash - and left scratches all down the driver's side of the car - perhaps from a ring and a good deal of inattention - but I'm not sure. I called about this and they said to bring in and "they'll see". I concluded that I was done with this company for good and never went back.

They are very good, thorough, and know what they are doing. They are a little higher, but, I really like their service. I could probably get it cheaper, but wouldn't get the service. They get high ratings and I will continue to go there in the future.

Brakes had not been performing very well. Had front rotors resurfaced and back drums replaced.
Day 1 - Driving my car home, when I stopped from normal speed, my entire car shook - vibration front and back and in the steering wheel.
Day 2 - dropped off the car - requested that they fix the problem and test drive. they fixed for free - said that I would be happy.
The front vibration and steering vibration was gone, but the back drums shook the car when braking from speed.
Day 3 - dropped off the car - requested they fix the problem and test drive on New Circle. they installed a new set of drums and were not able to correct the problem. Ordered new GM parts at their expense
Day 4 dropped off the car - parts did not arrive as scheduled
Day 5 dropped off the car - one set of parts did not arrive. they replaced the parts that did arrive - did not fix the problem. I received a filthy rental car to drive over the weekend.
Day 6 picked up the car and test drove with the service manager. Problems fixed. I was charged for some of the additional parts (at a slight discount)
10 days later - some issues are returning. I will go somewhere else to have them repaired.

They are the dealership and I only went there one time. Their pricing is a little high. I spent about $500 on that service. There is pressure from him. They are very professional and they do very good work. I will use them only when I have to.

It was horrible, and I would never go there again. I went to pick up my car and it wouldn't even start, they let the battery run down. They didn't want to replace my battery, but they finally replaced it. I just had bad experience after bad experience with the company.
