We have had our system for a bit over two years now and it has been very good. We can control it from the panel, using a remote, or through a cellphone app or website. Any changes we have asked for have been completed quickly. This is a small local business which uses the Alarm.com monitoring system which has a great selection of available features. If the alarm goes off, we are called very quickly as well as receiving txt messages and emails. We receive txt messages and emails whenever the alarm is activated, deactivated, or at 10:00pm if we have not yet activated the system.

Dealing with Duane who owns the company and does most of the work himself is a much better experience than dealing with a huge provider like ADT whose main effort is selling and getting people to sign long term contacts.

If I was choosing alarm providers again, I'd call PSK first. I prefer to deal with a small local company who cares about their work instead of a fly by night franchise sending minimum wage temps to my house.

it is a small business. I believe we deal with the owner itself directly. He is very responsive, and compare to big company, the owner self is a more like technical guy instead of big company's sale person.
we are not required to sign up those multiple years contract because we already have the system build in the house. We contacted big company, like Bates first, and not only their price is high, but also the person is just a sale person, and trying to persuade you to sign the multiple years contract.
PSK is much flexible and the owner is more techical oriented than sales/marketing.
