PRO-FETICK PLUMBING

Not great. They kept us waiting all day long and eventually showed up after dark. Wouldn't use again.

Pro-Fetick was out within two hours and successfully replaced that portion of the pipe. They were fast and professional, and they cleaned up after the work was done. I'm a repeat customer. Pro-Fetick is our first choice for plumbing needs at our house. Probably better to say ONLY choice; they are great.

Very pleasant experience! My crazy dog is super hyper when she is let out after being caged all day. I did my best to keep her away from the two men who were working on the faucet, but when she made her way over to them, they were kind enough to play with her and understood that she was just trying to be friendly despite acting like a complete lunatic. They were both very efficient and friendly. I was super pleased with their work and they gave me great advice as to how I could prevent my pipes from freezing. Fair price. Will call again whenever I need a plumber.

They were great. He showed up when he said he was going to and completed the work. Prior contractors would take forever to get back to me. He gave us an estimate that day and told us when he would be back and he showed up right on time and started the work. It was completed by the afternoon of May 2nd. He did a really great job. The sidewalk was just recently replaced and he was able to dig under it instead of breaking it up.

Wonderful.  Super professional, on time, very polite and very reasonable price.  When I called to schedule the appointment they warned me that he was very busy, but I was willing to wait because of their excellent reviews and to support a local small business.  I am very glad I did as everything worked out wonderfully.  I will definitely contact them again if I have any need for a plumber.  I highly recommend them.

On December 23, our house guest noticed water on the floor outside a tiled full bath on the first floor.  We immediately cleaned up the water off the hardwood floor.  There was no damage.  It appeared that the flapper in the toilet did not close allowing water to fill the partially clogged sewer pipe to back up and overflow at the toilet bowl.  When I checked the 4 foot high, warm, dry and well lit crawl space, I noticed that cracks had developed over time in the cast iron sewer pipe and water was leaking onto the ground. Our house was built in 1963.  I closed off the bath which is on the far east side of the house.  We could use the other 2 full baths, the half bath and all other plumbing.   I first called Roter-Rooter the next day and they came out in about fifteen minutes.  Their estimate to replace all the pipe in the next week was $5,300.  Over the next couple of weeks I called other plumbers for estimates.  I called Rapid Plumbing.  They wanted to charge $49.00 just to come out.  I said good-by.  I called Senninger Plumbing.  Their estimate was $3,500.  No thanks!  Next, I called John Estes Plumbing.  Their estimate was $1,500, but they couldn't get to the repair until later.  Then I called Buzz Fetick, and he came out and gave me his estimate which was also around $1,500.  So I scheduled Pro-Fetick Plumbing.  Yesterday,  Buzz finished the two day job and we could not be more pleased.  He was on time, was quite on the job and cleaned up.  The final cost was $1,858.66.  We now have all new PVC sewer pipes in the crawl space.

Pro-Fetick was just terrific! Replacing the hardware inside the toilet bowl was a very simple job, and only took them about 15-20 minutes. However, it was a tough time because there had just been a major freeze in the area and most of the plumbers in town were dealing with burst pipes. Pro-Fetick treated our minor job just as seriously as the major jobs, and came out as soon as possible.

Also rerouted overflow line to garage so potential problem wouldn't put water in our home (how stupid first installation was on this point). Buzz did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased.

The plumber was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. Fixed the faucet perfectly, and I had him check the toilet that I had repaired back in January by Plumbing Solutions which is on Angie's List. I got a bad deal by Plumbing Solutions, and he knew the problem, and fixed it properly and at a good price. I will use him in the future!!!

He is very skilled and craft. The price is reasonable but not the cheapest you can find. But if you need to find someone with sophiscated job, i will definitely recommend him.

He comes on time and if there's a problem we get a call. Once he came at 11pm in an emergency situation and didn't charge overtime. I believe his prices are fair. I wouldn't have anyone else.

He diagnosed the leak, cut out the broken part, soldered on a new piece. While here, he fixed a leaking commode. Advised on how to keep pipe from freezing on the future. Would not leave until the problem was completely sorted, and I was completely satisfied.

Ran new water lines for kitchen sink and repaired drain line for the kitchen sink. The work was excellent and the service was pleasant and professional. Included an unexpected repair of the drain vent involving a trip to our attic/crawlspace. My wife and I would definitely recommend Pro-Fetick and would certainly call on them again if needed.

Buzz Fetick is the owner and the sole worker. He is a great guy and does great work. His wife schedules his appointments and she is very nice also. Buzz was always on time or called to tell me if he'd be late. Many times I just left him to work in the house and lock it when he left. I am very satisfied with his work. My parents and 2 daughters both use his services now also.

Buzz was/is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He takes pride in the quality of his work and the in the excellent rapport or relationship he develops with his customers. He took the time to explain what he was doing which served as a mentoring or learning experience for me. I have used him multiple times in the past and will ALWAYS call him for any of my plumbing needs.

They were very professional and competent. They were very communicative and very honest. Initial quote was a little higher than others, so we agreed on working by the hour. He had an assistant that came with him and price ended up being pretty much in line with all the other plumbers, so it was a good recommendation. Everything looks great. We had a little problem and they came next month and fixed it neatly. I am definitely going to use him for all my plumbing needs in the future. He fixed problems that other plumbers had already supposedly fixed. I am definitely going to use him in future.

Buzz was on time, very professional, he answered my questions, worked efficiently and he and his wife went above and beyond. I called and made my appointment for the replacement of my garbage disposal. Buzz's wife answered my questions about how a service call would work (I have never had to use a plumber) and explained to me the specifications I should look for when purchasing a garbage disposal. After replacing my disposal, he was able to fix my leaky faucets as well and while in the bathroom, he noticed the cabinet door was loose and tightened it as well. Great! He cleaned up after himself, and explained to me how to unjam the disposal if a problem like that arose, and also told me about how the product I purchased is great about honoring the warrenty (because he and his wife have a similar disposal). From beginning to end my experience with Pro-Fetick Plumbing was exceptional. I would definitely use again and suggest to other people.

.They did a good job, however the problem resurfaced and they came back a second time. I would recommend them to a family or friend. They were very professional. The quality of the work was good as well.
