PREFERRED MECHANICAL

Preferred Mechanical (formerly Holman Preferred Mechanical) had done extensive plumbing work for my parents for many years. One plumber, Frank, was excellent. When my project came around, I called them to do the job because of the work they had done for my parents. Frank no longer worked with them, but I went ahead anyway. They provided an estimate then proceeded with the job, once I approved it. Needless to say, it was one of the worst decisions of the entire project. First, I was forced to call them each and every morning to ensure they would show up that particular day. Then, bits and pieces of the project were all of the sudden "not in the original estimate" forcing my costs to climb way above $5000 for plumbing alone. Finally, after the installation of sinks or the tub, I was forced to call them back numerous times to correct the shotty work. I've had problems in every sink, both toilets, the shower and the kitchen sink since. Buyer beware; take it from me.
