My. Parents (elderly) purchased an LG dishwasher, with Pieratts additional warranty. Pieratts installed the dishwasher. It doesn?t work. The technician came out and told them the door needs to be replaced. The technician has not been back. My parents have called multiple times, but nothing is done. My mom went to the store, nothing is done. They were told to contact LG. LG demands a credit card number to even speak to customers. Do not purchase any large items from this store. And if you do, please don?t waste your money on the additional warranty. It will not be honored.

I purchased a new TV for my home and the delivery and set-up guys, Terry and Jordan were awesome! They were friendly and professional. They patiently explained the operation of the unit to me and made sure I was comfortable before they left.

They sold us a genair electric wall oven. They installed it and took away the old oven. We have been very happy with the oven so far.

This experience is old so some details have faded. But I've recently joined A-L and it occurs to me this merits a review. Short version, we bought a dishwasher. It was a good machine at a fair price. We paid for installation. After installation it leaked and damaged our property. Pieratt's response was to tell us the installer was a subcontractor and he was on vacation. We eventually got our monetary cost covered by the subcontractor, but Pieratt's in my opinion was unresponsive and did not stand behind what they sold us. Have not been back and will not go back.

"Pieratt's prides itself on providing a high level of customer service, and our delivery department subcontracts with a select few licensed & bonded professional installers for installation of built-in appliances to ensure the highest level of professionalism. Unfortunately, every installation is not perfect, and cases such as this are the very reason Pieratt's only uses licensed and bonded contractors. As described above, all damages were repaired and paid for by the contractor. We do apologize that you were in any way inconvenienced during the installation process, and hope to provide a better experience in the future if provided with the opportunity."

They told us it was not worth repairing and if we choose to buy a washer through them they would apply $40 towards the price. They were professional, courteous, prompt, honest and very reasonable prices. They are trustworthy as they are a company that has been here along time.

They are a local company and have been in town for 70 years. I priced TVs every where and theirs was by far the lowest for the quality. They were informative and they were very responsive to my needs.

The prices were good. Delivery took 6 weeks and was promised in 2-3 weeks. The installation of the wall stove went well. The refrigerator delivery was poor, they brought the wrong one and it didnt fit. The salesman actually ordered the wrong one at the store. The correction was made quickly, however. The installers scratched the side of the refrigerator. I did not give them the opportunity to fix it. The range hood never came, so I ended up canceling my order.
