Phase IV did an outstanding job. I had 6 bids for this job, b/c stopping leaking skylights is very difficult, and we actually didn't know the source of the other problem, which turned out to be a flashing issue. Phase IV convinced me that the latter had to do with the flashing, rather than other sources, which the other bidders has suggested. Now, seven months later, I can say with confidence that they got it right. We have not had anymore leaks. Their bid for this job was the second highest of the six, and definitely worth it. However, they also bid on repainting the inside ceiling (where the leak had discolored the paint) and that bid was WAY over anyone else's! We used another painter for the inside paint job. Bottom line: Phase IV does excellent work, but they CAN be very expensive, depending on what you are having done.
