They did a great job, I had a issue with price change but other than that they did a great job.

I need to talk to someone. I had a signed contract with deposit paid for $840. They were to arrive at 1:00 on the 17th. At 12:30 they called and said the truck broke down. They rescheduled for 8:00-10:00 today the 18th. Then last night they called and told me the contract was priced wrong and the total is now $1679!!!! I had NO CHOICE as I had to be out of the house today for get stuck paying a penalty. They did not show up until noon and took all day! I had tickets for a show tonight and could not go which caused me to lose $160,00! I was scammed with a bait and switch scheme. The movers were awesome but Royal Van lines outright scammed me. Not surprised they are closed... I used this company to move from Virginia to Wisconsin in July 2023. It cost more than triple the initial quote, they did not break down our storage shelves so we needed another truck, delays on delivery date multiple times so all our stuff could fit one truck (but 2 other deliveries were on our semi.. so), AND my belongings had weavel bugs in them. Stored our stuff for 4 months in NJ, and delivered by a teuck grom Florida. Also, both of my personal hand carts did not arrive with my stuff. Would not wish this company on anyone.

The Bad: They used a sales technique that I was very unhappy with as upon arrival, they told me that my quote was an estimate and the furniture was larger than expected and I only reserved part of the truck, not the full truck. So if I wanted them to move all of the agreed upon items I would have to pay an additional amount. The amount was significantly higher and I really was in a position where I felt I did not have a choice but agree to the price. Very disappointed in how they handled it. The Good: The movers are friendly and work very hard. They were punctual and I was satisfied with the service. Update 7-21-2023 Vendor has contacted me to try to resolve the price issue very much appreciated the effort to address my initial concerns. I appreciate the fact thy are doing something to resolve it!

Very professional and efficient. Our movers had a great attitude and explained everything to us about the whole process. They took great care of my belongings and moved everything in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them and will use their services again whenever I move!
