Grooming location is in a strip mall. It is an old building, but facility was clean. Staff is friendly, but a bit disorganized about appointments, scheduling etc. this was my second experience with this location. The first was not stellar, but it was "ok". However this second time was very poor. I've been to several groomers over the years and this was the first time I've ever had them come home with clipper wounds. My dogs are very compliant with groomers - I'm often complimented on how well they behave - so it was not from their inability to sit still. Also all 3 of them had cuts, clipper burns or bald spots to varying degrees in multiple locations. Grooming has always been a good experience for them until this appointment. Won't be back to this location.

They did a great job! I bring my dog here every two months for grooming and they keep her coat in excellent shape. I like that they have a cage-free grooming environment, which keeps my dog's stress level low. If your dog sheds a lot, ask for the sea salt rub, which really reduces shedding.

No frills facility but has all you need to wash your dog - I have a golden retriever and cannot wash him at home. Good when your dog really needs a bath and you want to save money in between grooming. You get to leave all that hair there!

I will never set foot in this establishment again.  Made a Friday appointment for premium grooming service.  Arrived on time, filthy dog in tow, only to be told my appointment was for Saturday.   Staffer had clearly been looking at the wrong date when she put me in the book.
I was willing to reschedule, but I had to do something immediately about my filthy dog.  She told me I was welcome to do the self-service wash, but I would have to pay full price for it, as well as the appointment the following day.  She was unwilling to comp me the self-service to make up for her mistake.  Nor was she was willing to credit the cost of the self-service toward my bungled premium grooming.  
And... she repeatedly blamed me for her schedule error!  I asked her, "What ever happened to 'The customer is always right?' "  Her response?  A sarcastic, "I think I'm pretty good at keeping track of the schedule."  
Well, she has one less customer to keep track of.
