Oldfield Patio Enclosures

EXCELLENT! The owner took personal attention to all the details from design to build to following up (to make sure everything was just right -it was). The materials used are far superior to those used by another Lexington patio company (that had installed a similar room on the back of our former home -never recommend them!) and the installation was much more professional. The fit & finish of everything from the attention to sealing every possible air gap to the operation of the windows and doors was first class. The windows and doors slide effortlessly and yet seal perfectly. The (included) heat pump installation is very quiet and works great. We have had many friends and neighbors visit and every one of them are amazed at this new all season room. Rick Oldfield and his team did a great job and we have recommended them to many of our friends who are looking for a similar room. Before contracting for this room, we were encouraged to check with 2-3 local companies (after a poor experience with another local company) and we took the advice to visit some installations and speak with the homeowners. This was the acid test and, after looking at 6-7 (installed) rooms and speaking with the home owners, it became obvious that Oldfield and Four Seasons patio rooms was the best in Central Kentucky. I mention this because we do not live in Lexington. Oldfield built our new sunroom in another county just as if it was in Lexington. There were no "extra" charges that I know of. We spend a LOT of time in the new room and eat nearly every meal in there no matter what the weather is outside. We are VERY pleased.
