Excellent company. Great service at a very competitive price. Billy, the technician who came today, does an outstanding job: great communication, makes sure to answer any questions and accommodate special requirements and requests.

When my husband said he opened the front door the tech was blowing cigarette smoke out of his mouth, from a cigarette he had just thrown out in front of our house.   He asked if we were ready to go and my husband said yes, so he walked around to the side of the house and just started spraying.  Gave us no information on what was involved or how it would work- just started spraying. 
I was home, but didn't realize he was here until I looked out back and saw him spraying. everything.   Even my toddlers plastic balls and toys that were around the edge of the yard.  I should have thought to pick them up prior, but I didn't.  The guy could have told us to move them or at least give us the option.  
It took him all of 10 minutes and he was gone.  Unfortunately, it rained really hard the week following, so not sure if it even took.  We still have mosquitoes (although not near as many as before).

Initial phone call was returned next business day, and was professional and polite. Service was scheduled within one week, and email confirmation was sent the day prior. I almost didn't see the technician performing the service as it was done so quickly, probably 5 minutes or so. The regular charge I was quoted is $75.00 per treatment, which is good for about 3 weeks. However, if you purchase more than one service at a time upfront, the price per treatment drops to $65. I purchased two treatments, have had one so far, and could tell an immediate difference in my yard. I went from getting dozens of mosquito bites each day to just a couple or sometimes none at all, so I'm very pleased and glad I ordered this service! In a perfect world, since I have a newer puppy, it would be great if they could give a more precise window of what time they will do the treatment, so I could schedule my dog's time outside more easily, and not have any worry about being outside before the treatment has dried (30 minutes), but overall is not a big deal. Of course it would also be great if the cost were a bit lower, but for the relief me and my pets are getting so far, it's worth every penny!!

Steve is very professional. We have small children, and we live in wooded area. When we call him to request a re-spray, he is very pleasant and would come spray as soon as he is able. We plan to use his service as long as we live where we live. When our garden is sprayed, we do not have mosquito.
