Property Management, Real Estate Service
Modern Property Management managed a rental property in Lexington for me. The bookkeeping was a continuous problem with inaccurate statements, funds being "lost" and checks never arriving that I was told were mailed to me. I often had to send multiple emails and call in order to get a response to any questions I might have. The turn around for a vacant unit was generally slow. The quality of the work was acceptable but not excellent. I have had worse experiences with property managers but Modern Property Management is not a company I would recommend for this service.
