Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
Service for everything was good except for repair of bracelet. This work was unreasonably delayed without satisfactory explanation. Bracelet was mysteriously broken at the shop and had to be repaired. In so doing, two Tanzanite stones were broken and several small diamonds were lost.
