Not good —Joe Miley said he needed to replace my unit that was 6 years old —he replaced the unit with one he said that was only used for 3 months it has been nothing but problems,please get a second opinion, I’m a single woman that was taken advantage off

Miley looked at each system. Both were fine. The owner of Miley HVAC and the technician who evaluated the systems were very professional. It's been three months and there have been no problems.

One night we noticed the upstairs of the house was warm. We called Miley around 11:30 the next day. They said they would call us back after they checked with their technicians to see if they could possibly work us in their schedule. About 45 minutes later they said a technician was in the area and had a cancellation and wanted to know if he could come at that time. He arrived in about 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem and installed the relay. He was professional and honest about the problem.
We had also called another HVAC company who may be the largest in the county and who advertises a and quot;drug freeand quot; workforce. During that call, we were asked if we had been a customer of theirs. When we told them we had not used their services prior to this call, we were immediately told it would be a week before they could get to us.
During the call to Miley, we were never asked if we had been a customer of theirs (we had not been a customer of theirs). They were more interested in helping us with our air conditioning problem. They will now have us for a customer in the future. They other company will move to the bottom of the list.

Called Miley to setup an appointment since it usually take a few days due to how busy they are. Was surprised when I called that they had someone to come immediately. Very professional, took 10 minutes for him to determine it was the relay switch and replace it. Will definitely call Miley for future issues.

The office said a tech would be passing by my area on the way back from another job and could stop by the same day, which was great. The tech diagnosed it as needing a new defrost control board and sensor and said he would have to go back to the office to get one, but couldn't tell me how much it would cost, said usually from $75 to $150, they returned and got my unit fixed up the same day.
Turned out after I got my bill the parts were 285, twice what they were from stores online. The office said it was because they didn't have them in stock for my carrier brand unit and had to buy them from another place. Total bill with trip charge is $360.
Pros: I have had them out several times and they are fast and prompt to come a fix stuff, and the office the staff is nice when you need service or have questions.
Cons: You never know what you bill will be other than the $75 trip charge. The techs don't have price sheets, and not sure why they can't find out for you?
Not sure on quality rating yet, seems to be doing okay.
Might try some else next time though that can give an actual cost before fixing anything, as this was quiet a shocking bill.fiice

They are reasonably priced and they are prompt. We use them at least twice a year for routine stuff as well as emergencies.

I have been really pleased with MILEY HEATING and AIR COND. They are a local company that has been here for a while. That says a lot. They are in business for a good reason. I have had no issues.
