MIGHTY DUCTS MECHANICAL AIR DUCT CLEANING

My dryer quit heating and had to be repaired. The repairman alerted me to the fact that there was little air flow coming from the outside air vent even though the air flow leaving the dryer was good. He recommended Mighty Ducks. I had never thought of having the dryer duct cleaned and began researching this only to find out the risk of fire from lint building up inside the duct. I called Mighty Ducks the next day. They were prompt, thorough and very neat. I was amazed at the clumps of wet lint he pulled out that were blocking the air flow. It's no wonder towels, jeans and such took running them through twice. I highly recommend this company.

They did a very good and professional job for us. We had to get professional service to get it out. When you have the drywall work done in the winter time, there is no way you can get it out. We have damper zones, and they are difficult to work with. We had the dust from the construction, and it inflitrated a very complicated unit. If someone did it and didn't know what they were doing, they could have ruined the unit. We needed someone that did quality work to do this right. They had to be very careful to do this work, and they did it. If you had a normal system, the cost will be much lower. Our's was a geothermal unit. If someone has a complicated system, they can do it. They were there on the time that they said, and they left at the time they said. They sat down with us and told us what needed to be done.

They showed up and did what they said and everything. I think they do a pretty good job not sure if what their doing is much better than the people that charge just a few hundred dollars. I just don't have anything to compare it to. I was kind of dissappointed that they kind of rushed. One thing they told us that they could do another property that we own and then called back and said he wasn't able to do it becasue he needed to have surgery.

They were very thorough. Price wise I have not had experience with other companies and their rates. So I cannot compare their prices. I will continue to use them in the future.

Althought weather caused some delays the work was completed very professionally and to the satisfaction of the renter.

Although the price was initially higher than other bid we did, we ended up choosing Mighty Ducts for the (much needed) cleaning of our HVAC system. On the phone, he explained why his services were more expensive than the competition, and why it would be beneficial, especially in the long run. All the ducts were thoroughly cleaned, and damaged or dirty-beyond-hope parts were properly replaced. The job was done efficiently, and we were quite happy with the result. The extra amount of money paid was well worth it.

I decided to follow John's advice and had them do everything he suggested, including replacing my fire alarm batteries. They were wonderful, both as professionals and as people. They came back the following Monday, and gave me a refund because they said that upon calculation they had overcharged me! That has never happened to me before. John also saw that I didn't have a cover on one of the vents at the side of my house, so he climbed up and put one on! I feel very lucky to have found them and would recommend them with the highest grades.

Our experience was very good. They were very friendly and they were on time. They did a very good job. They were very thorough and very clean. I didn't get other quotes, so I am not sure about their price, although I would have like it to be a little less.

They were very helpful and informative. They couldn't clear our blocked duct (as my husband had lodged a DIY duct cleaning tool in the duct), but only charged 1/2 of what they would otherwise, advised us who to call who could clear our blockage, and gave us other helpful hints (i.e., how to clean the mold off our back patio). They were great and I will be sure to call them again to clean our HVAC ducts.
