Words can't express how wonderful the sale of my house has been because of Micheal. His personality, professional presence, and marketing capabilities created the environment within which my home sold very, very quickly, even though it was listed in fall.
He has literally held my hand through a year-long process of realizing I wanted to sell my home, prepping the home for sale, and then marketing and selling it. He was always ready with advice or assistance and would make a point of regularly checking up on my progress toward the goal of selling the house.
In the end, while caring for my mother in another state, the house sold --within 3 weeks of listing. He has kept me completely "in the loop" through near daily communications while I was absent from KY. His team is very tech savvy which enhances the services he and his team are able to provide.
