Mike was over to give an estimate within 24 hours of my call. Then, once I asked him to do the work, he was again over within 24 hours. He was quick, businesslike and neat. When a faucet my husband had bought turned out to be defective, Mike took it back and got a replacement.

Mike was very attentive and explained the problem and his expected solution in detail. He, and a helper, worked under difficult circumstances to locate the valve and replace it. I expected the bill to be $800-$1,000 and asked Mike if he was satisfied with his bill.
