 + 0 moreI am very satisfied with them. Their business is growing, so you can't always get them to come out the next day, but they are responsive. They do good work and clean up well after themselves.
Description of Work: They remodeled a kitchen and have also done home insulation for me.

 + 0 moreCame promptly to provide an estimate. Started the work about 2 weeks later. Finished in about 4 days. Hauled off all the old pipe.
Description of Work: Replaced old 45 year old water outflow pipes under my house (crawlspace); replaced approximately 8 feet of water outflow pipe from the house toward the city line; installed new clean out valve; installed flexible hose shower head in bathroom.

 + -1 moreMike was over to give an estimate within 24 hours of my call. Then, once I asked him to do the work, he was again over within 24 hours. He was quick, businesslike and neat. When a faucet my husband had bought turned out to be defective, Mike took it back and got a replacement.
Description of Work: Mike installed a backup battery system for my sump pump, including purchase of the battery. He Replaced a commode, the faucet for the shower, the shower head, the valve on another commode, cut out and replaced corroded pipes, and while he was around he even replaced a broken doorbell switch. He also had a very sensible approach to placing a cold air return vent over the hole in the wall to make it easier to work on the pipes than if we replaced the plaster wall.

 + -1 moreMike was very attentive and explained the problem and his expected solution in detail. He, and a helper, worked under difficult circumstances to locate the valve and replace it. I expected the bill to be $800-$1,000 and asked Mike if he was satisfied with his bill.
Description of Work: Fixed severely depressed water pressure because of faulty pressure relief valve. Had difficulty locating valve because we live on 11 acres and the water meter is approximately 400 feet from the house.
