I went in to get my shocks for my 1998 Saturn replaced and was very confident they needed to be. My husband had been saying for a while that they needed replacing. I called, made an appt and dropped my car off that morning. Later that afternoon I received a call letting me know my car was ready. When I arrived I was surprised to find they hadn't replaced the shocks. Basically, during their inspection it was determined my shocks were fine and the issue I was having was from my car just being low to the ground (my husband drives a truck). I was so impressed by their honesty because I was practically waving money around and they checked my car rather than just take my money that I highly recommend them whenever I get a chance!
