They are very arrogant, because they have things that are rare to find. When I explained that they had damaged my wall installing my granite, they were not very accomodating. I sent them pictures in an email showing the damage and I received no response from them. When it came time for me to pay my final invoice they tried to charge me $500 extra, I will not use them again.

I worked with two people on this project. Michelle Ostrowiak and Shane Lamham. They were both just great. Michelle is the designer and she is excellent. They do such excellent work and they are definitely excellent to work with.
